If you read the description in the video, it has to be him. This video is listed as a "favorite" from his other youtube account, either he made this video (and burned the flag) or there's another person who shares his unique "philosophy".

It's hard to believe 2 people could both write such similar disjointed mumbo jumbo.

You’re showing the video on his youtube channel that he has marked as a favorite.
Many people are assuming that he didn’t make the flag burning video, that it’s just a favorite video of his. I’m just pointing out that both accounts are his.
Most comments I’ve seen just allude to him marking this video as his favorite but if they would just look at the description in the video it’s obvious he made the flag burning video.
Just more ammo that he’s no Tea Party person.
And this vid gives the most direct clue that he leaned way to the left. The overriding message of this video is that those on the right are destroying this country. Note the super-imposed comment that "I only have one arm," the right one, before he sets the flag on fire.
That being said I would still view this as the action of a sick, psycho rather than someone with any kind of coherent political philosophy. Coherent is not a word that can be associated with any of his rants.
Early on in the day when I saw his rantings it was obvious that he was mostly INSANE, more mental illness than left wing (though I think they go hand in hand, lol).
We all knew what the meme would be within seconds of hearing a democrat had been shot. No matter how many times the left wing scum are WRONG about right wing “lunatics” they go to the same playbook.
Loughner is no right winger, no tea partier, and if anything he’s a hard lefty, but most of all he’s nuts, really, really nuts.
With that being said the left is STILL trying to paint him as an “anti-government” type, it’s despicable.
There are plenty of people that have political issues they are adamant about, but this guy's big concerns were proper english and the gold standard?! Some weird combination of Prof. Henry Higgins, Ron Paul and John Hinkley Jr.

Well, if he didn’t make it - he favorited the video so that means he at least agreed with it and liked it.
It’s obvious to anyone interested in a grain of truth that he isn’t a conservative, Tea Party, etc. Even if he didn’t make that video favoriting it means he agrees with the message regardless of whether he personally produced it.
That would be interesting, but even if it is not his the fact he favorited it and posted it on his channel is an endorsement of the message regardless.

Interesting the Time line doesn’t make sense unless the school made him delete the videos.
The school discovers the video critical of the school and constitution on Sept. 29th but according to YouTube that video wasn’t posted Nov. 30th.
The creepy burning the flag video that he listed as a favorite was posted on Oct. 2nd. We still don’t know if that was him in the video.
His parents meet the school on Oct. 4th.
Creates a youtube Channel on Oct. 25th and starts putting up videos on Nov. 22nd.
HOW DID THE SCHOOL FIND HIS VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE PRE SEPT 29TH? His official channel was created on Oct. 25th, and that other channel with the flag burner was created Oct. 2nd!
The NY Slimes have reported he was suspended from college until he had a mental eval.
Not bias, just oversights, I'm sure.
