Jordan wants Dead Sea Scrolls back from Israel (They are just fine where they are)

ordan's tourism minister said Thursday that her country was seeking the help of Western nations to regain possession of the Dead Sea Scrolls Israel seized from a Jerusalem museum during the 1967 Mideast war.

Maha Khatib said Jordan has given up hope that Israel would directly give back the more than 2,000-year-old scrolls and now hoped Western nations would return them to the Arab kingdom when they host them in exhibitions.

Israel rejected the Jordanian claim to the scrolls, which include the earliest known version of portions of the Hebrew Bible and have shed important light on Judaism and the beginnings of Christianity. Their origin is the subject of an insular, but notoriously heated, academic debate.

The Muzzies want everything, including Jewish/Christian documents that have nothing to do with them other than we are all descendants of Abraham.

“regain possession of the Dead Sea Scrolls Israel seized from a Jerusalem museum during the 1967 Mideast war.”

I thought they were seized from an antiquities dealer, Kando, but I could be wrong.

Yep, and the Iranian Mullah’s want the Cyrus Cylinder “loaned” to their library. (so they can destroy it, too.)

It is amazing how the study of “history” is not kind to those who lie continually.

Muslims are the decendents of Satan. Cut the crap, tell them no and come get them if you want them. I am not a Jew and I don’t support everything that Israel does but we have to draw the line on these a**holes. Killing more of them doesn’t distress me at all.

Send Jordan copies from the Franklin Mint, beautifully reproduced on fine imitation vellum, each with its own numbered letter of authenticity. Just three easy payments of $19.95 and that includes the fine wood-grain case, but Jordan must hurryasblahblah.......
