Might not be a pure parody but Seymore Swine's Blue Christmas - I love the guy in the background laughing. As someone who grew up with a bad speech impediment I should have been offended but I found it incredibly funny.

I just came across this video which is not meant as parody but is kind of funny when you know the man singing in the group is not really singing at all (the first Milli Vanilli).
The real singer is a white German guy who is the same producer, composer and singer who later produced Milli Vanilli.

Back in the early 90’s I heard a Dr. Demento show in the car. They had Reverend Jim from Taxi singing “The 12 Days of Christmas” from a burnout’s point of view. It was hilarious and I haven’t heard it since.
