The impersonator on SNL is but the first. They’ll get better.

The point is that there IS an impersonator. Obama has been immune to this kind of satire since he rose to prominence in 2004.

The Obama-as-Joker “Socialism” poster was the beginning. Now SNL. Leno, Letterman and Stewart can’t be far behind, can they?

Fred Armisen is the actor who did a very good Bamster impressions previously even using the NoBama trademark going up ending inflection.

Yet in last night's opening, he used his won voice. Not sure why he didn't go for the full monty voice, but viewing it again, I think the phrase to look for is when he says it is the Left that should really be mad!

Me thinks... it is those lefties on SNL wanting this toe step over then line to get The Obamanation back on the One True Faith Direct Line to Socialism with the Liberals in perpetual power.

I saw it. This guy has been playing Obama since the campaign, nad he can copy the “Obama Cadence” very well. He chose not to, tonight, and it was a very poor imitation of Obama because of that. Too bad — it would have been funnier if it seemed like the real O.

It would also be more realistic if “obama” never looks forward. The real one cannot. To the left prompter, then to the right prompter, then back... You can watch him for hours and he will not look to the center.
