HONOLULU -- State officials again are confirming that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.
Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Monday she has seen the original birth records that verify Obama was born in Hawaii, and is a "natural-born American citizen."
Fukino made the announcement in hopes of ending any lingering rumors about Obama's citizenship. She issued a similar press release Oct. 31.

Even if this is true, his COLB is valid documentation for getting a passport and drivers license and for other purposes. It would certainly be viewed as applicable evidence in a court of law.
We are back to either
#1) State of Hawaii records has his birthplace as Hawaii, as the COLB shows and state of Hawaii attests, or
#2) Massive fraud and forgery took place.
There is no #3.
You have totally ignored his ineligibility due to him being non-NBC. Go study the issue, read Leo and Mario Apuzzo's blogs, The Constitution and other things and get back to me.
This is not about Obama. It is a larger issue to ensure our country follows the Constitution. It also is not just about where a candidate is born. It is about whether a candidate is a “natural born citizen” and do we as a country agree on that definition. Having said that I do agree with you that most likely nothing would change Obama’s presidency - but this issue is more important than what happens to Obama.
I am incredulous how sloppy this country is in allowing someone to be President without ensuring they are qualified. You can bet our enemies are watching this.

Obama’s mother and his grandfather were communists. Obama’s family member in Kenya, Odinga, also supports communism. Obama even went to Kenya to offer Odinga his support. Obama’s ties to communism can be seen today with his support of Zelaya from Honduras, Castro, Noreiga, and Chavez who are also communists.
When asked to define natural born citizen, John Bingham, the author of the 14th ammendment which extended the bill of rights to former slaves, stated, “Any human born to parents who are US citizens and are under no other jurisdiction or authority.” The Naturalization Act of 1790, also passed by this congress, declared “And the children of citizens of the US shall be considered as natural born, provided that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been a resident of the US.” Neither of these definitions, one from US law, mentions birthplace, only the parents’ citizenship.
This concept of citizenship by blood as opposed to citizenship by geography is a concept with a long history in British common law. A law passed in 1677 says that natural born citizens are those persons born to British citizens, including those born overseas. Alexander Porter wrote an article over 100 years ago in which he declares that the framers drew upon this difference in the law of heredity and territorial allegiance to define a third class of citizen applicable only to the eligibility to hold the office of president. According to Morse, “the framers thought it wise to provide that the president should at least be the child of citizens owing allegiance only to the US at the time of birth.” He goes on to say that the the eligibility of the president “was scarcely intended to bar the children of American citizens, whether born at sea or in foreign territory.”
The concept of citizenship by blood also precludes the equation of natural born with native born as the latter strictly demands geographical requirements.
Many argue that Barack Obama was eligible to be a state senator and a US senator and could not suddenly be ineligible to be president, but that is exactly the case. If this premise were true, Arnold Schwarzenegger, governor of California, would also be eligible to be president, and it is established that he is not.
Barack Obama has proudly and publicly stated that his father was a citizen of Kenya. We know his mother was eigteen years old when he was born. These two facts make Obama ineligible to be president. No birth certificate is needed as proof, and it doesn’t matter at all where Obama was born. His father’s non-citizenship is all the law requires. He is ineligible from the beginning, meaning he is NOT the president and can be removed from office without any impeachment or trial, it requires only a ruling by the SCOTUS. In this documentation, we see: “Rep. Bingham commenting on Section 1992 said it means “every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” (Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866))
Note: the above quote says, “...of PARENTS not owing allegiance to any foreign soverignty is....a natural born citizen.”

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to advance to you and others that “natural born citizen” is defined as being born to PARENTS....as in plural, BOTH mother and father, who give their allegiance (citizenship) to the United States. According to Obama, his father was a citizen of Kenya....thus Obama’s father’s allegiance was to Kenya and Britian...not the United States.
