Obama Trolls On Free Republic (Vanity)
December 25 2008 | jveritas

They tell us that they did not vote for Obama BUT:

1. They want him to succeed.

2. He seems to be a Centrist.

3. We should not treat him like the Left has treated President Bush

Do we want him to succeed in implementing a socialist agenda and wealth redistribution? NO

Do we want him to succeed in giving the abortionists more power than they ever had? NO

Do we want him to succeed in implementing an appeasement and surrender foreign policy? NO

Do we want him to succeed in appointing the most left wing Supreme Court and federal judges? NO

Is he a Centrist? Only fools believe so. The man is the most left wing person to be elected President. His left wing principles are so deeply rooted in his character that it is an impossibility he is going to change. All his life from childhood till this very moment he has been exposed and has only believed and practiced left wing ideology. Only a fool believes that a 47 years old man who has lived all his life as a left wing liberal is going to suddenly change and becomes a Centrist. Only a fool will fall for some of Obama cabinet picks who do not appear to be left wing lunatics and conclude that Obama is a centrist because of that. Only a fool believes that the left wing socialist limousine liberals who put Obama in power are going to tolerate centrism in the government. They do not have to worry about this issue because Obama will never disappoint them.

We are not going to treat Obama the way the left wing liberals have treated President Bush. We are not going to hate him as a person and we are not going to wish him any personal ill as liberals have done to President Bush since 2000 and will continue to do so even after President Bush has left office. However we are going to work very hard to defeat Obama socialist domestic agenda and his defeatist foreign policy.

Therefore and based on the above, we should start the fight against Obama agenda right here on Free Republic and purge the carefully disguised Obama’s trolls. We already have a 24/7 utterly disgusting Obama propaganda by the liberal media and we do not need more of it on Free Republic. We are a conservative forum and for now at least we still have the freedom to ban people who want to spread Obama propaganda. This will be best and it will help us focus more on our message. I hope that the owner of Free Republic and the admin moderators agree and help us achieve this mission.

From your #305 post, you did't even know that the Good Smaritan was the one who stopped to help the injured traveler! You're a fraud, a typical poseur trying to quote the Bible to manipulate readers. Here is your exact sentence from #305:

Star Traveler: I think he did, in regards to the question of “Who is my neighbor” and who helped the injured Samaritan along the road (Samaritans were the enemies of Israel...)

You said — “The best prayer is for God to have his way in this matter, (as he did when O won) and for me to understand what his will is for me in the future and to give me the courage to carry out his will.”

Well..., there is the example of Daniel, who was taken captive and served in an enemy government for a long time (in fact two different governments). Although it was clear that Daniel served with distinction in his duties, he also never abandoned his prayer life and always trusting in God.

And, also, it was Daniel who realized that, in the Scriptures, the time was coming up for the end of the captivity of the Jews and he was concerned that the people had not repented of their evil ways — so he prayed for his own people, too — that they would be worthy of the time when the captivity was over.

Now, even if I know that judgement has come, I will also pray for God’s *mitigation* in the judgement that he does deal out, if for no other reason that for his own people (here in this country) — plus for the good of Israel, as the U.S. has been (more or less) a protector of the nation of Israel, over the years, since it’s founding.

However, that is slipping and if anything would bring more swift judgement than we have now — it would be the abandonment of Israel in these present times. That must not happen — or else, I fear — we are finished, and then we will see drastic and immediate judgement. If Obama must be prevented in at least and *only* one thing, it must be to not divide the land of Israel and to subsequently help Israel’s enemies who are out to totally obliterate the nation of Israel from existence.

Just that *one thing* is the most major disaster that could befall this country — even with all the other policies that Obama has.

That’s the one prayer that would be the greatest in my mind.

I have read extensively at the following link, and do believe that the “natural born” citizen statement in the Constitution that refers to one who is to be President/VP, means one who is born on US soil and of parents who are US citizens at the time of one’s birth. In other words one’s parents could have come to the US from any country. But as long as they became US citizens before their child was born, their child would be considered a “natural born” citizen and could grow up to be President. Obama's father was not a US citizen so although Obama is a US citizen if he was born in Hawaii, he would still not be a "natural born" citizen due to his father not being a US citizen. Please read at the following link and see the detailed explanation of what many think the intent of our founding fathers in using the term “natural born” citizen in reference to one who would be the Commander in Chief. :) http://naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com/

I fear for my country. But I still do not believe we have reached a point where a majority of us agree with people like Barack Obama and his followers.

It is something else. What that is, I am not sure of, but it is something else.

I still believe the majority of Americans appreciate and believe in the good that this country stands for, demonstrates and is capable of, but that belief has been shaken by this election.

You said — “You’re a fraud, a typical poseur trying to quote the Bible to manipulate readers.”

It’s the exact same thing I’ve been posting, from the Bible, since the beginning on Free Republic. You’ll find no difference from Clinton, to Bush to Obama... You just don’t like the content of what is being posted, and that’s your problem. But, I won’t be changing my posting.

The Samaritan was the person who helped. I’ll quote the section for you...

Luke 10:25-37

25 And behold, a certain lawyer stood up and tested Him, saying, “Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?”

26 He said to him, “What is written in the law? What is your reading of it?”

27 So he answered and said, “’You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,’ and ‘your neighbor as yourself.’ “

28 And He said to him, “You have answered rightly; do this and you will live.”

29 But he, wanting to justify himself, said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”

30 Then Jesus answered and said: “A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, who stripped him of his clothing, wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

31 Now by chance a certain priest came down that road. And when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.

32 Likewise a Levite, when he arrived at the place, came and looked, and passed by on the other side.

33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was. And when he saw him, he had compassion.

34 So he went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; and he set him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him.

35 On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, gave them to the innkeeper, and said to him, ‘Take care of him; and whatever more you spend, when I come again, I will repay you.’

36 So which of these three do you think was neighbor to him who fell among the thieves?”

37 And he said, “He who showed mercy on him.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go and do likewise.”

Okay, the example of how to inherit eternal life was asked. The answer was two-fold, loving God (as it says) and loving your neighbor as yourself. Next the question was asked (as it says, because he wanted to “justify” himself), Who is my neighbor?

Jesus gave the example of who a neighbor was, by using the example of the Samaritan, who were the enemies of the Jews in Israel and for Jesus to have used this kind of an example was “shocking” to the listeners.

And hence — likewise — we are to do the same to those here in this country — enemies or not — and, yes, be nice to them, and “their neighbor” as Jesus gave in the example.

That’s what you are missing — and are acting more like the “lawyer” wanting to “justify yourself...”

So, as Jesus said — “Go and do likewise...”

You won’t want to miss this one. It’s not often that a troll exposes itself so thoroughly as this one did. Take a look at #305 and following from Star Traveler ... the ‘good samaritan’ poseur for your list.

Just days before the possibility that Judge Roberts will refuse to administer Obammy's oath of office and force him to close down his phony president-elect office for not being qualified to hold the office of President of the United States?

I assume you forgot the < /sarcasm> tag as nobody can be so delusional as to believe this this would actually happen.

You don't know when to pull your pants up and leave the field! Here's you repeat of the same mistake in #357. You didn't know what you are now trying to deceive folks into believing you said the opposite of what you actually posted, TWICE! ... "And Jesus made that an express example of the question of “Who is my neighbor” in giving the example of helping the Samaritan who was passed by on the road, by everyone else."

Yeah, you're a poseur, a fraud, and perhaps an obamanoid. One thing we know for sure now though, you are a fraud with scriptures.

You said — “Yeah, you’re a poseur, a fraud, and perhaps an obamanoid. One thing we know for sure now though, you are a fraud with scriptures.”

If you can’t read the Scriptures that have been presented directly to you and understand them, then I can’t help you. They are clear and they speak exactly to treating your enemies in the same way as you would love yourself (i.e., the second greatest commandment being love your neighbor as yourself).

Jesus said that these were the two greatest commandments.

Apparently you know nothing of them...

I can’t help you if you refuse to listen to what God says in the Bible...

Of course, that’s exactly what has gotten this nation into the judgement of God, with us getting Obama (as that judgement) — in that the Obama voters have gotten the judgement as they have voted and as they have decided to ignore God.

Likewise, you seem intent on following the Obama voters — in ignoring what God tells us to do. Keep in mind, ignoring God brings judgement.

No. You are absolutely correct.

It was not worthless to me.

I live in Massachusetts, as blue and corrupt a state as there is. But I put on my American Flag tie that day and got to the voting booth. Even though I know in advance my vote doesn’t mean squat in this state, I do it to make a statement to myself.

I take it seriously. Every single time I vote, I make sure I remember all the sacrifices in blood and money that were made by Americans to give me the right and privilege to do that.

Every time I pull that lever (color in a oval) or whatever, I think of that portion of those 30% of colonials who left their farms and homes, often against the wishes of their families to help the cause.

I think of the other portion of that same 30%, men of substance and power like John Hancock, John Adams and George Washington who left their lives of privilege and comfort to put it all on the line for the idea.

I think of our military personnel, who have done their best to represent America to other parts of the world, whether it be in tsunami relief or finding Al Queda in Iraq who have murdered local police.

I remember that I was not granted the right by divine providence on the part of a king somewhere to do this, I was given the right to freely express myself, vote for a candidate of my choice and live my life largely as I see fit by many men and women over the years.

I agree that John McCain was one of the worst candidates we could have chosen, but I would still vote for him over a Clinton or Obama. McCain was my Commanding Officer for a short period of time in the US Navy, and I respect his service, experiences and sacrifices.

But I also admit I was probably further away from him politically than nearly any other national candidate I have voted for in my life. If I had gone a few steps more further away, I might well have decided to vote for Obama or Clinton, simply because there could not have been much difference.

Thats how far away ideologically I am from McCain. My candidate of choice was Duncan Hunter, but I realistically just don’t think he can get to that level. The media is dying, and like a man with cancer who doesn’t know it, they are wasting away, but it won’t happen fast enough. They unmasked themselves during this last election cycle, and did so without fear or repercussion. They will disappear, and it cannot happen soon enough.

So, no. You were right to call me to task for saying my vote was worthless. It wasn’t to me.
