On the left we see a legal dream team led by the distinguished, (and righteously non-partisan), legal scholar Patrick Leahy. And on the right, arrayed against the salvation of mankind, sit several constitutional experts that the msm types have never seen on Meet the Press, (and are fanatically partisan by default). Let the battle begin!

The lead attorney for the left is none other than the infamous Johnny Cochran who has been Resurrected (!) to once again come to the defense of the oppressed. His opening argument is, of course, if it doesn't fit you must acquit. After Mr. Cochran, there is a parade of similar deep thinkers, who all say essentially the same thing, to whit, the law doesn't matter, the people have spoken. This was not an election, this is the second comming. So, it is now the turn of the right. Who point out that this is really a simple matter of interpretation of the term "natural born citizen". And the howling begins, first inside the normally hushed confines of the Supreme Court, and soon thereafter outside, where the msms have done their usual impeccable job of rousing the rabble. IT IS RACIST!!! IT IS DISCRIMINATION!!! NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE!!! The howling reaches a crescendo when the Justices, in a 5-4 decision, rule that proof of birth on US soil is pretty self explanatory, and absent an actual CLB zero is not elligible to be POTUS. Yes, I would wager that the howling would be so raucus that it could be heard on the moon.

Riots, and rumors of riots, seems to have everyone shuttering in the corner. We've had riots before, even civil wars. But, we're still here. We may be still here BECAUSE we had riots and civil wars.

The anti-war groups DEMAND that we have no wars...but, the "demands" of the other side say we must...therefore, we have wars and riots when all else fails to resolve differences.

I would hope that any American would not let these threats sway their beliefs and they way they vote. ACORN doesn't let it sway them.

Hawaiian law allows birth certificates from outside the United States to be registered in Hawaii, if both parents listed a Hawaiian address as their place of residence for at least one year before the birth. This may be an Indonesian or Kenyan birth certificate registered under that law, though I would be the first to announce that the chances are slim.

What is more likely is that the birth certificate names a man other than Barack Obama Sr. as the father. Perhaps it might be Frank Marshall Davis. Wouldn’t that be a hoot? The son of a genuine American communist.
