Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

As the New Media has been wiping out the Old Media many of the archives of the various newspapers who built them are simply disappearing.
I thought this all seemed familiar. They take a guy virtually from out of nowhere that no one has ever heard of, present him in the media as some special genius, and then the real fun starts. But then later they erase the memories from people's brains with microwave transmissions and do the same thing again later.

Doesn’t matter at this point. If we are reduced to legal tricks to have our canidate win, then we have lost already.
While other possibilities can be imagined, I's like to repeat the one mentioned in thread that Obama was born before Hawaii was a state, that is he is older than currently stated by three to six years. It's something to keep in mind, anyway, as there seems to be a few years worth of discrepancies between accounts.

Libraries used to have microfiche copies of old newspapers. I can’t imagine why those would have been discarded. It would be worth looking into.
In other words he respects what law will get him the franchise. A true Chicago-style politician. Of course, once in the office supreme the office takes one to new vistas of power and ways to play, beyond Chicago deep-dish. What will he become then? We have few clues as to his character in such potent position.
Still, there's a consistency on the dates he was born and I bet he believes that to be his birthday.
You give Michelle a few more years to beat his brains in and he'll look a whole decade or two older. You'll see. Check the ears since he got married. They've been stretched!

I think poor homely Stanley Ann intended to hop a plane back to Hawai'i to have Barry Jr born on US soil.
I know airlines would routinely refuse to let a near full term woman onto a long overseas flight for fear of emergency childbirth at altitude and far from the nearest landing strip. (Note that this was common practice IN THE 1960's and earlier)
I know that several relatives have reported that they were there when Barry Jr. was delivered in Kenya. (Note that a reasonable person would regard witness testimony as evidence).
I think Stanley Ann and Barry Jr were on the first flight they could get after he was born to take him back to Hawai'i.
I know infants (and children) could travel on their mother's passport IN 1961. (Note that despite your protestations that this is impossible, others on this very thread have come forward to say that they themselves did this very thing. Note also that NOW in a post 9/11 world it isn't possible)
I think that at that time babies-in-arms didn't even require their own ticket to fly.
I think Stanley Ann promptly attempted to establish the "little white lie" that the son she intended to deliver in Hawai'i was, in fact born in Hawai'i.
I know that the document posted on BHO's own web site has been called to question.
I know that State Department rules provide for missing birth certificates, I have given you not only the full text of the applicable rules, I have even provided the URL so you can see for yourself.
I know that with a certificate of no record and a DS-10A with the mother asserting a child was born in Podunk, Il, the State Department has sufficient documents to issue a passport. If the only two documents they have are a statement of no record of birth from Illinois, and a sworn statement from dear old mom that the kid was born in Podunk, Il, what do you suppose the State Department will put as his place of birth on his passport, hmmmmm?
I think that if Stanley Ann swore to a "little white lie" to get her son citizenship, she'd protect that "little white lie" by telling her son it was the truth.
I know Barry Jr. doesn't consciously remember being born, let alone where he was born. If he's been told all is life it was Honolulu, why should he doubt it? (Side bar - All my birth records and everything I've ever been told say I was born in one town, yet a few months ago I found that the Naval Hospital I was born in had its physical address across town limits in an adjacent town. The hospital's mailing address and physical address aren't the same. Have I been lying about my birthplace all these years? No. I reported the facts as I and my official records show them to be. )
I think Stanley Ann was ignorant of some of the finer points of law that we have been discussing on this thread and was afraid her little mulatto (there's a word nobody uses anymore!) baby born in a foreign country in an invalid due to bigamy marriage would be denied admission into the USofA.

That is an immanently reasonable scenario.
I have never worried about the passport question; or other issues about how he got Driver's Licenses. Getting admitted to the bar without a birth certificate is not something I have seen done but I will bet there are ways around it there too--particularly given his multi country origin. But as to the other stuff, there are lots of ways around the Birth Certificate requirement--further, given his multi-country origin, he may well have had several certificates from different countries--he doesn't use those here because on their face, they are amended rights certificates amended to or from Indonesia rather than certificates about where he was really born. And those certificates may well recite a birth in Hawaii because it didn't make any difference to the issuing agency what they said about the actual birth.
As long as we are speculating, I think it is possible that the undercurrent of differences she had with her family; the timing of the departure lounge pictures (December 60/January 61) in her "wedding dress"; could also lead us to the proposition that the wedding itself might have taken place in Kenya in February of 61 where his extra wives were not a problem and the marriage would have been legal.
That is why Obama does not want to admit to doing research on the question and finding answers. Looking for records where they really exist will demonstrate that she was in fact out of the country pregnant in the company of Obama Sr. prior to Obama Jr.'s birth.
If they were married in Hawaii, where is the record? If they weren't married in Hawaii, where were they married? If they weren't legally married somewhere, why did they waste money on a lawyer getting a divorce?
SEMom's investigation suggestions include questions about where Stanley Ann was in 1961 prior to August.
The point by bvw (in #1881) about the Susan Blake interview is also an interesting suggestion--she arrived in Seattle before she had even figured out how to change diapers. I would bet that in 1961, airline connections to Kenya through Vancouver BC and Seattle were a lot faster than through Honolulu. Hypothetically, she got back to Seattle the first week of August 1961, not the third. What was she doing in Seattle in August of 1961 with a baby so newborn she didn't even know how to change diapers anyway? Her family; her husband; and her residence and friends were all in Hawaii.
In one of the earlier Mercer Island girlfriend articles is the suggestion that they had been told she was out of the country when he was born and they thought she was in Canada.
We could make a deal with them and let them have, say, Mexico or France, maybe.
Okay, okay. I’m not saying to use the hammer on that piece of the jigsaw puzzle; an earlier birth doesn’t seem to fit well at all. Just hold the possibility of a discrepancy in years in mind when evaluating accounts.

I thought we debunked those photos as being in her wedding dress earlier in the thread. They look more like from Obama Sr.'s visit at age 10.
I have seen a lot of people mention this in their posts, and I am really very interested in reading this testimony. I've been unable to find it.
