You show me a candidate that makes the voter have to hold his nose when voting and I’ll show you many others not excited enough to even go vote. 1996 all over again.

I agree with all you say. I don’t understand the actions behind the GOP helping suppress the Barrett report either.

I have, however, started to see the MSM turn against her and the rapist-husband, and I have hope that the seeming excitement over Obama can complete the process of exposing the Emperor with no clothes.

I guess we’ll see as the primaries wind on.

Nope.

My vote for President doesn’t count anyhow. My ignorant neighbors outnumber me.

Sounds like they have an ignorant neighbor too?

This election is just as much a vote for our TROOPS and not spitting in the face of their mission and their sacrifices - and our freedom - as is it for any candidate.

To sit it out or throw away a vote is to spit in their faces and on our flag.

since WOT is my primary issue.

the WOT IS the primary issue.

All others fall in line after it - and won't matter one whit if we let the communists in to snatch victory out from under us -

I do not understand why this seems to be such a hard thing for people to understand.

I’d rather vote for John McCain, who I KNOW is going to be strong on the War on Terror, rather than the Democrat nominee who would have conceded to Al Qeada at 9:15 a.m. September 11, 2001. There is no perfect candidate, I’ve yet to find someone who I agree with 100% of the time, least of all John McCain. When it comes down to making a choice on who to vote for, however, you have to make the best choice, which in the scenario you just presented, is unfortunately, John McCain.

Whole ball of wax.

Get your puny egos out of the way, nay sayers. Let the socialists in, they pull the plug on our TROOPS, their mission, their sacrifices and our country...

Grow up and keep the commies out of the WH or you are spitting on our TROOPS first - and the rest will crumble under us.

Don't spit on our TROOPS

With what? Provably empty threats? If we vote for RINOS, that's all we'll ever get. And that will just lead to more actual 'Rats. We elected a hugely Republican Congress in 1994. For a decade, those supposed Republicans dragged their heels on conservative issues ... even with a Republican President.

We do not blindly vote for people, nor do we owe our vote to the GOP.

A vote against us is a vote for the socialists - blindly or not.

I pray the sheeple will open their eyes - we aren't voting for a person - we're voting for our country, for our freedoms,

A RINO president will hurt the country. A democrat president will destroy the country as we know it.

That is - simply - the choice.

You vote for or against our country - our freedoms -

You pegged them: "a remarkably large number of spoiled little kids who will take their ball and go home if they don't get to pitch."

Those who don't vote with us, are voting against us, admit it or not....

and I spit in their faces, for the troops first of all.

Yeah, thats why no RINO will get my vote. None of them care about our sovereignty. They are in it to turn us into a 3rd world cesspool.

They will initiate the socialism just as sure as a democrat.

Let it be a democrat to do it. Blame it on them. This conservative will not comply.

Our Troops don’t deserve that!! ....If the troops weren’t deployed in a war zone..I’d go with my first instinct.

I pray more 'get it' per your post.

To not vote our side is to spit in the face of our Troops. their mission and our country = get the egos out of the way.

and anyone that votes other than republican, no matter how unenthusiastic, will be selling out our troops - our flag, our country and our freedoms - and will be spitting on sacrifices like these

I will vote Republican, but McCain is no Republican. He is borderline schizophrenic when it comes to defense issues and would be hazardous as CIC. I would rather see see a weak CIC than an irrational one; for the good of our troops.

If McCain is the Republican nominee, I will vote for him. I agree with McCain on national defense and terrorism. I disagree with him on many other issues...but on nearly every issue, McCain is closer to my position than either Hillary or Obama...and I am confident that McCain would appoint more conservative judges than any Democrat candidate.

So I will put my country above my pride, and will pull the lever for John McCain.

You seem to worry about defeating “Democrats.” Democrat is just a party, same as Republican. I vote ideaology; not parties.

I vote this the most clueless post of the day - and that takes some doing.

For one thing, the last democrat in Washington was Joe L. - There IS no democrat party any longer. They are card carrying Socialists = wake up folks

Interesting ....

Also voting in favour of Clarence Thomas:
Breaux (D-LA)
Robb (D-VA) (Puke)
DeConcini (D-AZ) (Gun-grabber extraordinaire ...)
Hollings (D-SC)

Also voting in favour of Samuel Alito:
Byrd (D-WV) (OMG! The Grand Wizard voted for him!)
Other than that, BTW, it was pretty much a party line vote.

Supporters of John Robers included:
Byrd (D-WV) (KKK Byrd again ...)
Leahy (D-VT) (Leaky Leahy??)
Levin (D-MI) (Carl Lenin???)
Rockefeller (D-WV)

Well, now ... What a thoroughgoing rogues’ gallery. What was that about blind pigs, again?

Do you honestly believe that Rudy McRomnabee would nominate the likes of Thomas, Alito, Roberts, or Scalia?

I don’t. Even GWB was off base, once ... do you remember Harriet Miers? I think he saw the conservative reaction to that brain fart, remembered what happened to Dear Old Dad, and read our lips.
