My Dad listens to Rush everyday on the radio. He lives in Iowa. You are full of it.

“Rush does not air live in Iowa”

Is that true?

McCain at 13% is somewhat of a surprise. I thought he was out of his element in Iowa. Don’t know what organization he had on the ground, though.

How is 4th place a “fantastic night for John McCain”? ...According to Politico.com

What the hell is wrong with Politico.com? Mike Allen was just on Fox repeating the crap about Fred and saying that he didn’t make a good showing tonight and will probably drop out! Sheesh. Then he went on to say that McCain did great by coming in 4th and he’ll continue to surge.....

“Anyone who votes against Romney for being a Mormon is an embarrassment to the Republican party because you may have handed the election to a quasi Muslim. I predicted that there would many shallow thinkers who would rather see a Muslim in the Whitehouse than a Mormon, any you are proving me right.”

Step off the ledge, no one has handed anything to anyone based on these Iowa results.

However, there is the theory that the Repubs may be handing the nomination to Rudy with a Huck win in Iowa and McCain win in NH. Romney will be lessened by this opening the door for Rudy to win the big states.

Just on Fox: Thompson (who is third) is broke and did poorly. He’s probably going to drop out. McCain, however (who is fourth) had a great night and will use this victory to move ahead. Lindsay Grahamnesty coming up. Gee, I wonder who they’re for and why McCain did so well and Thompson did poorly. Give me a break.

When have GOP worked against evangelicals?

When have evangelicals not gotten the nominee they preferred?

Who and what year?

I found this whole situation upsetting. FOX admitted they declared the winner before anything came in from precincts were even counted. They went with Michael Barone’s estimate from polling data. They had Barone standing there saying that yes, I think we can continue to go with my estimate.
This is a very sad and sorry state of affairs when the beginning of the election season starts out with yet again the estimates make the headlines and all the people vote is just secondary.
What do you think?

He does in eastern Iowa (Davenport station).

And a Waterloo station. Who told you he didn't?

Yes, and if I go bankrupt it will actually help me to be more fiscally responsible.

If you deserved to, then it might. Shielding people from the negative consequences of thier bad decisions certainly hasn't proved an effective means of getting them to change their ways.

“Who is this bald headed goober from Politico on Aggghhhhh!
No nobody from the THompson Campaign AgggHHHH!”

That my FRiend was the confirmation of what many thought earlier. Thought that the WAPO’s Politico derelicts were carrying water for McCain but this creep on FOX just now confirmed it.

He went on and on talking trash about Fred and then declared it a great night for McCain. And Fred is beating McCain and holding third.

So does anyone doubt that these political hack journalists were working for McCain all along.
