"We are behind," Donald Trump's campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway, said Sunday on "Meet the Press."
But are they really? Many of Trump's most ardent supporters refuse to believe the polling trend. And it is at least possible they're onto something.
Data expert Nate Silver at fivethirtyeight.com puts Hillary Clinton's chances of winning the presidential election at 86.2 percent. The New York Times is even more bullish, insisting the Democratic nominee has a 92 percent chance of coming out on top.
But while most polls do put Clinton comfortably out front -- some by double digits since a rash of sexual-assault accusations against Trump -- a few still show the Republican nominee leading. These are the ones Trump's fans are clinging to. Maybe, they hope, these outlier polls are in fact the true polls.
The Rasmussen and Investors' Business Daily polls are the two key surveys that continue to show Trump with the edge....

This seems taken out of context, or at least denied any conext to misrepresent it. Anyone have the full quote?
DON’T BELIEVE THE MSM
I saw it and that’s pretty much what she said. She also referenced being down “1...3, 4 points in some of the swing states”.
She was singing a different tune tonight, no poll talk only that this is a different election than any in recent history, that his massive crowds and enthusiasm will come through.
Guess the boss had a talk with her.
That is what she said.
Of course today IBD reverts back to a tie. Running out of polls to latch onto.
They are jerking around with the internals on this poll.
So, false allegations of touching a woman is now a “sexual assault?”
I guess we can expect that crap from the moonbats at the “Oregonian.”
The libs in Oregon should be more concerned about electing a strong leader like Donald Trump, a man who might be able to stopped a North Korean nuke from being launched on Portland.
The Clintons, meanwhile, made it all possible.
Oregon ping
Conway goofed.
Still can’t figure it out if he is getting crowds in the thousands. If they do NOT vote for him, we have a country of masochists who stand out there is freezing and blistering weather for a chance to see Trump from a distance, or a chance to stay outside and get a sense of the “being there” moment. Three-and-one-half hours to clear a parking lot? This is more than a college championship game. McCain and Romney never got this kind of crowd. Polls versus crowds just don’t make sense....
The polls are made up. Nobody knows how things will turn out.

“This seems taken out of context, or at least denied any conext to misrepresent it. Anyone have the full quote?”
It was. She was saying they are behind in some states, even in some and ahead in some which is probably true. Of course the media will latch on to the behind comment.
I read the internals.
the SCM reports hardly anything about Trump but I knew they would jump on this ...good job ms campaign person....good job.
