But it shouldnt bank on it.
Hillary Clinton has a substantial lead in the polls over Donald Trump, and has vastly more cash on hand. But when it comes to spending that cash, her campaign may be making a strategic miscalculation. The campaign and an allied super PAC have reserved $137 million of ads across eight states yet theyve conspicuously left out the state that might be likeliest to tip the 2016 election: Pennsylvania.
Michigan and Wisconsin were absent from the list, as well, but the Keystone State is the most curious Rust Belt omission. In May, we laid out the case for why the Keystone State could be on pace to decide a close national race. Evidently, Democratic ad strategists dont share that view. Last week, former Obama advisor David Plouffe tweeted that the buy shows real discipline because PA is not a true battleground. Thats a bit of bravado, considering it was tied for Obamas fourth-closest win in 2012....

PA is COAL COUNTRY and those coal miners are mad as all get out, especially after the lying crooked Hillary told West Virginia she was shutting down the coal mines...
Oh she might think she has pull, but this isn't HER election, this is OUR election, the American Voters Election and she isn't going anywhere but to PRISON!!!
What if she is charges by the FBI? BRW — Where the hell is the FBI?
Clinton corruption and treason will be oozing out of every crack and crevice long before November.
$137 MILLION in ads, didn’t Bush3 run about $150 MILLION in ads. This election season has proved that tons of money and tons of negative ads don’t mean as much as they used to, particularly when people are fed up with a corrupt establishment, and you can’t get any more corrupt and establishment than Hillary Clinton.
In the bag? The only bag around here is Hillary.
What sort of idiot votes for that?
The way Trump is going, with the new site up today, hitting her on all her lies, twitter is adding to the lies she has told, people are awake and they don’t like her!!!
ROFL....you are right...
A lot of dems would have to flip and I don't see that happening.
It's going to be a get out the vote thing Big Time if we're going to take Pa.
No she doesn't.
The only bag around here is Hillary.
she is what we call a “3 bagger”
I am not an expert on Pennsylvania, but it is also a fracking natural gas state that has benefitted a lot from gas. They also have a lot of hunters, so her anti-gun stands will not be great. And Pennsylvania seems to still be a blue collar union democrat kind of state, not a hard core socialist place. The blue collar is Trump Territory, not Hillary territory.
I hope trump wins Pennsylvania but i doubt it. Bush thought for sure he’d get Pennsylvania in 2000 or 2004. Nope. Even ridge called bush to apologize. I think it’s too far gone with philly and Pittsburgh. I hope I’m wrong. I grew up there and luckily I lived in a red area of Lehigh valley.
Not true for the Lehigh Valley area just based on lawn signs in the area and bumper stickers.
All I’ve seen are Trump and Bernie. And Trump outnumbers Bernie by 5 to 1 in my estimation. I have not seen one Hillary sign or bumper sticker at all.
I don’t know if Philly and Pittsburgh alone can push her over the edge though.
Hillary may be evil, conniving, greedy, and a bitch on wheels, but she’s also VERY STUPID!
Perfect dem candidate material
Philly “might” go for Hillary, but I doubt that she can count on the blacks there, because most blacks everywhere hate her.
LOL...true.
Considering Philadelphia hands the democrat candidate over 125% of the actual population of Philadelphia, I can see her comfort zone.
Outside of the moron cities of Pburgh and Philthydelphia (One of which I live in) it is also gun country. I hope she pushes gun control endlessly.
