WASHINGTON They use words like historic and charismatic, phrases like great potential and million-dollar smile. They notice audience members moved to tears by an American-dream-come-true success story. When they look at the cold, hard political math, they get uneasy.
An incipient sense of anxiety is tugging at some Democrats a feeling tersely captured in four words from a blog post written recently by a seasoned party strategist in Florida: Marco Rubio scares me.

this is scary for most Republicans too. As usual I am late to the party at Free Republic. I was late to the party realizing voting for rinos was a waste.
late to the party realizing Fox News was the rino outlet.
and late to the party realizing Rubio is just a little too wishy washy on some issues. is it bad enough to make me stay home if it was him and Hillary?I don’t know the answer to that yet

What REALLY scares me is Joe Biden vs Any Republican. The GOP wouldn't stand a chance.
I sure hope the Democrats don't nominate Joe Biden.

Very scary thought indeed! The country direly needs a conservative statesman at the helm. The scary part is people do not understand why conservatism is better than anything else.

It will be Hillary as the Rat nominee. Odds are overwhelmingly in her favor. I was watching Watter’s world today, and so many women are for Hillary SIMPLY BECAUSE SHE IS A WOMAN!

2 trial lawyers.
Clinton on one hand who defended rapists.
Rubion on the other didn’t work as a lawyer but worked as a token elected hispanic.

Biden would wipe the floor with Rubio, Jeb or Paul Ryan.
Other candidates would be tough for Biden.

I have to agree, we had enough lawyers in power in DC. May be it is time for a medical doctor to cure what ails the country?

What actually scares the NY Times is Hillary Clinton squaring off with Ted Cruz!
The NY Times would actually love a Hillary/Rubio election. No conservative in sight!
To: winner3000
yes, Ted Cruz would be awesome in a one on one debate with Hillary. But first, he has to win the nomination. And second, he has must come across as more likable than his opponent in debates. Recall how GWB came across as more likable than the deep sighing Al Gore in debates.

Bobblehead Clooney said he is supporting Hitlery and "will do everything he can to see she wins". So not only did he help the worst POTUS in US history, B. Hussein Obama win twice, now he is going to help someone who will be an even worse POTUS. Can we deport Bobblehead Clooney? Is it possible to deport a US citizen?
