WASHINGTON They use words like historic and charismatic, phrases like great potential and million-dollar smile. They notice audience members moved to tears by an American-dream-come-true success story. When they look at the cold, hard political math, they get uneasy.
An incipient sense of anxiety is tugging at some Democrats a feeling tersely captured in four words from a blog post written recently by a seasoned party strategist in Florida: Marco Rubio scares me.

Ha
Hillary! is a woman? Who knew? ;)
Me too.
“Rubion on the other didnt work as a lawyer but worked as a token elected hispanic.”
The person you refer to as “token elected Hispanic” was elected as the Speaker of the House for the State of Florida, pinhead!
Ted Cruz is very likable and charismatic. He also, unlike other Republican presidential candidates, is willing to FIGHT for True Conservatism.
Don’t buy this NYT garbage about the Democrats being afraid of Rubio or Walker. They would like nothing more than that since both would lose to Hillary in a LANDSLIDE!
I will never vote for dope Rubio who sided with Chucky Schumer.
“The person you refer to as token elected Hispanic was elected as the Speaker of the House for the State of Florida, pinhead!”
And Rubio used that position to prevent Florida conservatives from doing anything about illegal aliens.
His Gang of Eight love affair with illegals wasn’t something new.
“Rubio Announces for President: Which Marco Rubio Would Show-Up For Inauguration Day?”
“What we saw on Monday was the Marco Rubio of two years ago, who sat atop many early 2016 Republican presidential polls and who, by the way, regularly rated #1 or #2 in the CHQ 2016 presidential straw poll.
We will refer to that Marco Rubio as the pre-Gang of Eight Marco Rubio.
Then there is the after the Gang of Eight Marco Rubio, who is the one that is actually running for President.
This is the Marco Rubio who betrayed the Tea Party movement and grassroots conservative voters who elevated him to the Senate over establishment Republican, turned Independent, and finally turned Democrat Charlie Crist.
This is the Marco Rubio who became the chief spokesman and advocate for a bill that would have put millions of illegal aliens on the path to citizenship to eventually become part of a new Democratic-majority electorate....

CRUZ!
My bet is Rubio will be on the ticket Pres or the VP slot. Lot can happen in the next few months. Could see a Walker/Cruz/Rubio running away with the top tier.
Because Rubio has such a youthful appearance, it may work against that a drunken, senile slob who couldnt remember her right foot from her left and has a broken arm to show for it. Or, it may work against Rubio, that young idealistic naive smooth talker who will tell you anything to get your vote. I prefer Senator Ted Cruz who will feed Der Hildebeast her lunch and have her wishing she was back home.
EXACTLY SO and he speaks perfect Espanole’.
Too bad for her Henious.
She would have to select a Latino VP.
It would be scary to me with no conservative in the race.

Exactly! Makes one wonder why the liberal media keeps pushing Rubio & Bush as GOPe candidates.
I’ve also noticed that FoxNews seldom includes Cruz in its polls, but seems to push Rubio, Bush, Paul, etc., instead.
So is Liz Warren
AKA Talking Bull
Yeah I can remember all the Times the Democrats telegraphed who they feared the most by heaping praise on a potential adversary,I do remember them telegraphy who they fear the most by describing said individuals with such praise as,he or she is a rabid rabid right wing extremist bible thumping woman, gay old people hating neanderthal.
In one particular case they even proclaimed, how can anyone vote for Ronald Reagan he is an ACTOR!
As for Rubio,I don’t want him as a candidate,he to me is the establishment pick, the real one the republican establishment wanted instead of Jeb.
Rubio is a lightweight, and would be shredded by Hillary we don’t need another teleprompter reading phony as a candidate,
Ted Cruz is the man, just follow the coverage and descriptive phrases used to describe him on this campaign trail by the media BOTH the Democrats and Republicans, that should give you the clue as who they really fear
Exactly! If RATs are afraid of Rubio, then they’re stupider than we gave them credit for.
Bing!!!! Yep, they want Rubio because the Dems believe Hillary will win between the two. It has to be Cruz or Walker...
Ha ha. I see what you did there. Nice.
