Metaverse and Metatron: Is there a Connection?

There were a few very insightful responses to my article about the name change Facebook is undergoing, to “Meta”. I Believe that the word Meta is shorthand for a concept in the high tech world, known as the “Metaverse”.

The Metaverse is the new artificial improvement on the Universe. God made the Universe. It is a moral universe, and imposes limits on humanity such as time space and matter.

The Metaverse is a highly “reality augmented” integration of the internet with the real world,

Virtual reality and augmented reality will fully integrate with the world around us, they say, so we won’t need to look down at screens all the time (that part actually sounds pretty nice). If a friend wants to speak with us, we won’t have to read a text or an email or speak on the phone; a digital version of them—like a Princess Leia hologram in Star Wars—will emerge and simply tell you the message they wanted to deliver. If you’re hungry, maybe a character from your favorite show (whatever those will look like) would pop up and suggest you get something from the new restaurant down the street.( What is the Metaverse?)

When I posted my article on Freerepublic, it was pointed out to me that though Meta means “beyond” in Greek, in the Hebrew language it means “Death”. Here is a comment from a FRiend who goes by 444flyer

Among the comments after my article, was the suggestion of a connection between “Meta” and the “Metatron”. The “Metatron” is an occult figure,( the Angel beyond the Throne of God), who is suggested by some(erroneously) to be the Angel of the LORD. The teaching of the Metatron comes from the Kabbalah, and from the Zohar, two Occult treatments of the Torah of God.

An Apostate Bible Teacher Jacob Prasch has elaborated extensively on the Metatron, in Sermons and in his Moriel Quarterly Newsletter, granting this Occult figure out of Jewish Mysticism, the attributes of Jesus Christ!

Two of my readers in my last blog article and several who read the same article on Freerepublic, suggested that there may indeed be a direct connection between the Metatron and the Metaverse. Why not? The Metatron is an AntiChrist, and we know from scripture that AntiChrist will deceive the world, and even seem to bring to life an “Image” (Hologram? Avatar?) and cause all of the world to worship it, to their eternal destruction.

Finally a reader friend, named Sevaranio David posted this wise caution;

Don’t think for a minute that this is just Mark Zuckerberg because it’s not, far from it. As I said above, the world’s wealthiest people are spending untold billions, labouring day and night to create a digital world into which they intend to plunge the whole of humanity. For instance, Elon Musk is working on self-driving cars and digital currency, Bill Gates wants all humans to be forced to have a digital ID, Jeff Bezos a centralized global economy, Google is creating armies of soldier robots, and they all are using AI to do it. The Bible warns about such a time, a time of signs, miracles and wonders where images come to life and the people fall down to worship as they receive the Mark.

The whole world is being prepped and conditioned, gaslit and seduced into accepting a “brave new” amoral Multiverse, which will be the perfect breeding ground for the terrors of Revelation 13.

I know it was only a suggestion but the magicians of Pharaoh mimicked the demonstrations ofGod’s power through Moses - up to a point (as I know you are aware). I’m not sure the Antichrist will need the Metaverse or that type of trickery to do the same. We do know he will use it for evil which seems the direction most all tech goes eventually. We do know evil is on the rise and the Enemy has but a short time left. The Bible calls them “lying wonders”. I’m just wondering if they won’t be similar to UFO’s and other paranormal activity - only on steroids. Please post more articles!

Hmmmmm. It sounds like the new Facebook will be tied to “Virtual Reality”. Oculus Rift was the premier virtual reality headsets. I think it was in 2012 that Facebook bought them out. Now it makes sense why they did that.
