In our modern socialist progressive workers paradise I have learned that there is no such thing as a firm sin or Heaven or Hell. Rather it’s what people want to believe and especially what he government tells them to believe.
Whatever we want to believe in is the Truth.
Other great cultures, such as the Roman Empire and probably many others, probably went through identical periods before they fell flat on their face and overtaken.
The pastors (Baptist) we had in California would be proud to lose their jobs for that reason. Their congregations wouldn’t be the ones to oust them, though; congregations would have provided 100% support. The government, though ... that’s another story.

So.....presumably this church has a board of elders who think homosexuality is OK and they fired the pastor?
