Actually, the greatest killing machine in history is GOVERNMENT. Islam has not even come close the number of people killed by GOVERNMENT.
To satisfy their blood lust, Muslims then start

Well, the abortion industry and its politicians have already killed 63,000,000 American taxpayers and consumers.
But the communist and socialist regimes worldwide since 1900 only killed 120,000,000 people.

It is not fair to compare Islam as a killing machine to, Mao or Stalin. It would be better to compare Islam to Communism, or compare Muhammad to Hitler, for instance.
