Albany is a separate diocese from New York. Dolan has never called Cuomo out for his actions.
I've heard that, too but couldn't find anything about it to support it. One of these days I may check that out again but since he's still showing up where he is . . .

Whether Cuomo continues to receive Communion is a public matter. If he receives, it is a grave public scandal, and a mortal sin for any priest or other minister of Communion, and for the bishop.
Dolan is a viper. His “Bravo!” was absolutely despicable. There are a thousand touching, merciful things Dolan could have said about a young man “coming out.”
Actually, it would be perfectly appropriate for the homilist at the Mass to to remind all the pro-abortion politicians, and those who have voted for them, not to come up for Communion.

The "extremists" are also all those in favor of the horrendously murderous, baby-killing, current status quo, and those "constitutionally legal restraints that have been reasonably placed upon abortion" do not exist -- there are currently no "constitutionally legal restraints that have been reasonably placed upon abortion" -- the only truly reasonable restraints would be those that do not permit any baby murders at all.
Jesus tells Dolan directly, "Whatever you do to the least of these, you do to Me".
Wake up Dolan, resign your lofty position, confess, and spend the rest of your days in obscure solitude, repentence, and genuine conversion.
