If birth control ran around $2,000 a year, then I could see some logic to it being in the package. But since Walgreens and Wal-mart market the stuff at $25 a month....why exactly is this expected to be in some health package or mandated? You might as well offer cough syrup, Preparation H, and Vitamin C pills as part of the same “free” deal, if this is all logical.

Religion is an individual right. Why must I be a priest or nun to be protected? The Left has long thought of religion as a right of personal conscience, but not personal action.
I don’t think much of Sonia Sotomayor in general, and even less of Elena Kagan, Stephen Breyer, and Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Even though her order was mandatory under any sane reading of the First Amendment, I’m impressed that she followed the Constitution, and I’m less disgusted with her than before this decision.
