Good question...

I sort of disagree to a point...

She has a lifetime appointment beholden to nobody...I seriously doubt she is letting anyone "decide" for her how she rules on issues...

Could be a simple case of common sense...as you know nuns needs lots of mandated birth control / S

I Hope that this is a harbinger of things to come with Soto. It’s FAR past time for the left to appoint a Supreme Court Judge who goes rouge like nearly all ours do.

Presidents don’t “let” SCOTUS judges do anything. They’ve been rogue since Marbury v. Madison, when they excercised a power (strike down legislation as unconstitutional, AKA “judicial review”) found nowhere in the Constitution’s text. Still, good outcome in this case.
