Here’s the link:
Doesn’t Germany have a version of Janet Reno who could have just burned the kid’s house down?
So I see the thousands of illegals held on crimanal backgrounds being released as a matter of budget cuts does not include the 50 cents for a stamp to allow these to stay?
Thank you for this post. We need to do all we can to help this family.
He wouldn’t do this if it was a Muslim homeschooler. But, then, that’s pretty much an impossibility—Islam is a strictly hierarchical cult.
I remember reading about this family when it happened. Why on earth will U.S. fight to deport this family and set illegals that have committed violent crimes free? Probably because they are planning on making homeschooling illegal here, wouldn’t want to be outdone by Hitler.
Here is the meaning of BO’s position on the German homeschool family and what it means for American homeschoolers:

This is from the Home School Legal Defense Association - the bane of leftist mind-controllers everywhere.
Whenever a normal person criticizes his co-religionists he condemns them. Whenever there’s a disaster in a non-European country, the money is there in a short time.
Whenever his co-religionists attack a Christian, there’s no reaction in the white house.
He put a man in jail for being accused of making a video that insulted his co-religionists.
He willingly allowed his co-religionists to murder Americans in Benghazi.
When an American soldier kills one of his co-religionists’ civilians, he puts the man in jail.
When one of his co-religionists murders Americans, he is quickly forgiven.
The Fort Hood murderer is not on death row.
The video guy is in jail.
He gives no asylum to Christians being persecuted by his co-religionists.
Conclusion: obvious.
“We need to do all we can to help this family.”
Maybe it’s time to set up an underground railroad to aid political prisoners.
“In 2007, the German Supreme Court ruled that the countrys mandate that children be sent to public school is necessary to counteract the development of religious and philosophically motivated parallel societies.”
Now there’s a problem right there with Muslim’s, and their Caliphate. Germany as the U.S.A has their existing Constitution, and the Muslim’s in effort to literally take over the World are trying to move in, and move out that existing Constitution with sheer numbers of their own, or by abusing the laws of that Constitution for their benefit.
What to do? I know, but will it be done?
Interesting idea. Many others probably feel the same.
Where's the picture of the "Not this crap again" guy?
Compulsory schooling has been around in Germany (or in one of the multitude of states that made up Germany back in the day) since 1592 (Pfalz-Zweibrücken). Last predating the Nazis it was codified in the 1919 constitution of the Weimar Republic. Looks like even back in the 16th century folks figured out that a well-educated citizenry is a good thing.
Of course linking it to Hitler makes it soooo much more dramatic. As I've opined before, there are plenty of alternatives to state schools in Germany and the Romeikats are activist attention-whores. JMHO.
Not a bad idea.....

Question to you: Have read the law in question? (No use arguing about hearsay or what some agenda-driven writer claims.)
I have, and guess what? The writer of the article is flat out lying! The law contains no language whatsoever that outlaws homeschooling.
In fact, the law expressly allowed schooling other than by state schools:
§ 5. Erfüllung der Volksschulpflicht. (1) Zum Besuch der Volksschule sind alle Kinder verpflichtet, soweit nicht für ihre Erziehung und Unterweisung in anderer Weise ausreichend gesorgt ist.
Rough translation: All children shall attend primary school, unless their education is sufficiently provided for by other means.
Link to the full text of the law: http://www.verfassungen.de/de/de33-45/schulpflicht38.htm
The text is in German obviously, but you can run it through the Google translator or somesuch.
Note also that the compulsory schooling expressly concerns only primary school - grades 1 to 4. Secondary schooling was not compulsory under that law.
Lesson: Don't believe everything you read on the internet. Especially when written by people with an agenda, who will just lie if it suits their purposes.
Question to you: Have read the law in question?
Should be: Question to you: Have you read the law in question?
