Sorry friend.

I am just taking God at what He says. That is the power of the Bible. It's simple. It is not complicated. It is all a decision. God says what he says, and then we choose to believe it or not. I choose to believe what God says.

Here are some other verses that support II Chron 7:14.

Jer. 18:7-8 “If at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom that I will pluck up and break down and destroy it, and if that nation, concerning which I have spoken, turns from it’s evil, I will repent of the evil I intended to do to it.”

Jeremiah 29:7 “Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the LORD for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.

Deuteronomy 7:9 “Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands.”

This article touches upon the issue of the healing of our land that is often spoken about in the Kingdom Now teaching and Dominion Theology that is so popular today. The basic tenet of this teaching is that it is the church’s responsibility to bring in God’s kingdom on this earth. Israel failed to do that and the church is failing to do it now.

Anybody want to take a crack at this, before I do?
