We need fresh blood - "diversity" and all that stuff....Good for the Angels! Maybe Gene Autry is up there someplace chewing what remains of his fingernails.

Dennis Prager is happy, tho he missed the game due to Sabbath...had free tickets from Hugh Hewitt, who couldn't use them due to a prior commitment to a Church Weekend Outing....

Well, so are the Angels.

I just like to see it stuck to Steinbrenner. I enjoyed what the D-Backs did last year, and I really enjoyed what the Halos did this year.

TRUTH IN ADVERTISING:

The Angels kicked the Yankees starters' butts. In the four game, the Yankee starter ERA was over 10.00!!

AND ... the Angels had the highest team batting average in the American League. This was no fluke!

It is sincerely gratifying to see another team and fan base get a chance to be happy...at half the salaries..and at the Yankee's expense!

Well, so are the Angels.

The Angels are from Orange County whose congressional delegation is Republican except for Bunny Sanchez.

I agree. The Halos brought out the whuppin' sticks in this series.

It should have been a sweep, except the Angels' manager made a boneheaded move by not bringing in Percival in the 8th in the first game.

Wow, 2 outs in the ninth, 2 strikes on the Yankee batter and he gets a hit. Next batter bloops over 2nd base for a hit, next batter drives in a run with a hit.

Deja-Vu all over again (1986 I believe); then Pop-up Angels win!!!!
