President Joe Biden’s average approval rating is well below the historic threshold for the incumbent to win reelection.
RealClearPolitic’s average of Biden’s approval rating stands at 40.3 percent, while 56.3 percent disapprove of the president.
His approval rating is lower than the three previous presidents’ ratings in March during the fourth year of their first terms: Trump 44.3, Obama 47.5, Bush 50.1:

In this case, we have essentially two incumbents against each other.
Trump has quite a story to tell regarding the success of his 4 years in office that a nice media / marketing campaign could use to improve his own positive ratings among the general public to counter the narrative his 4 years were “total chaos.”
They will cheat outrageously and blatantly.
And Trump will give a speech and say, “This was obviosu cheating!”
And the cops will throw him right into a jail cell and he’ll never come out.
And the official position will be: “Can you believe he tried a second insurrection????”

That all worked like a charm in Delaware.
You certainly cannot draw any conclusions watching CSPAN if they got 100 anti Biden calls and 2 pro they would put 2 and 2 on the air. But you cannot pay any attention to his Average Approval Rating Well Below Historic Reelection Threshold either. The rats know how and where to cheat.
