The Special Prosecutor did not make a medical assessment of Biden’s mental capabilities.
He made a legal assessment as to how the case would have to be proffered and how the defense would necessarily present the defendent
Ok, the base on this statement, Biden is competent to stand trial.

Interesting argument. The Constitution (Amendment 25) gives that power to a vice president (who is a bad lawyer) and a bunch of cabinet members (probably mostly lawyers and even worse, all radical-left-wing-politicians).
