Mr. Her found conclusive evidence that Biden committed numerous felonies. Biden’s inability to defend himself in court due to his loss of cognition was given as the reason for not charging him. If you take away that, Biden must be charged with the crimes he committed. It’s one or the other.

Given that the handling of classified materials does not include ‘intent’ in the common usage of the term, that and the repeated use by the DoJ/FBI as claiming Democrats are not competent enough to prosecute as a means of evading pursuing prosecution, it is clear that this is another whitewash.

I can tell when the engine doesn’t start, even if I have only a few rudimentary ideas on how one might be fixed.

To the Editor [New York Times]:

The stability of our nation rests on the ability of White House aides to effectively function as mental hospital orderlies to contain President Trump. How effectively they can control him in his remaining days in office is not clear.

If they fail and Mr. Trump is able to act in a manner that brings harm to our country and the world, the responsibility forever will rest on Vice President Mike Pence for not exercising the 25th Amendment. It is known by all that Donald Trump is a clear and present danger.

And basically a liar.

The special council was describing perception and how juries might react to the perception, at which point the Special Council would be forced to ask for medical tests, which Biden would refuse.

I believe that Obama requested the discussion of Biden’s dementia be opened so that it could be dragged out until the convention and then be blamed for all the messes and chaos that the Democrats have caused. Then bring in Michelle with a clean slate.

also both Hur and Comey are not using the law that says nothing about “intention” of the handler of sensitive information. the crime is in the mishandling of the information, Did they or didn’t they, period . those two are injecting the motive issue when it is not mentioned or necessary to bring a case.
