Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) called on Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ) to resign over his federal corruption indictment, a stinging blow from the embattled senator’s home state colleague.
Booker called the “shocking allegations of corruption” in the indictment “specific, disturbing details of wrongdoing.”

Why am I starting to wonder if Menendez might be innocent?
There were calls for him to resign the last time he was indicted and tried for corruption. And he was not acquitted, just managed to get a hung jury and was never retried. The Senate did put a harshly worded note in his permanent record (sarcasm alert).
This is very strange. Every Senator has something they could be convicted for. Menendez must have done something that violated the Deep States commands. It certainly is not for what the stated reasons are.

What the demonrats are doing is essentially a false flag operation. They are getting a corrupt senator to resign, who will be replace by another corrupt demonrat, so they can cover for letting Bidog slide. Mendez allows them to say, “See we prosecute people. If Bidog were guilty we’d have gone after him.”

True. This also works with the narrative that the justice department does not do political prosecutions.
