What the demonrats are doing is essentially a false flag operation. They are getting a corrupt senator to resign, who will be replace by another corrupt demonrat, so they can cover for letting Bidog slide. Mendez allows them to say, “See we prosecute people. If Bidog were guilty we’d have gone after him.”
True. This also works with the narrative that the justice department does not do political prosecutions.
So if anyone says anything about Trump’s prosecutions being political, they will say, well, look at Menendez and look at Hunter Biden, as proof that prominent Democrats are prosecuted as well
