The White House asserted executive privilege over 200 records housed at the National Archives (NARA) concerning Hunter Biden’s business interactions with the Office of the Vice President during the Obama administration, according to America First Legal (AFL) on Wednesday.
America First Legal launched a lawsuit to obtain records from NARA encompassing communications between January 2011 and December 2013 with the name of Hunter Biden’s company, “Rosemont Seneca.”
In response to AFL’s records request, NARA refused to release the records, admitting the disclosure would reveal “confidential advice” between then-Vice President Joe Biden and White House advisers. NARA did provide 861 records that apparently did not fall under executive privilege.
“Release would disclose confidential advice between the President and his advisors, or between such advisors,” NARA told AFL in response to its records request.
NARA also consistently refuses to provide lawmakers any information about Joe Biden’s email aliases “Robert Peters,” “Robin Ware,” and “JRB Ware.”
The scope of emails requested by AFL encompassed some of Hunter Biden’s earliest business ventures with Rosemont Seneca Partners, an entity associated with Devon Archer, Eric Schwerin, CCP-liked entities, and Che Feng, who Hunter Biden identified as the “Super Chairman.”
Through the “Super Chairman,” Hunter Biden formed a joint venture, BHR Partners, in which Hunter Biden’s company, Skaneateles LLC, held a ten percent equity stake. BHR Partners is co-owned by the state-controlled Bank of China and still boasts billions of allocated capital around the globe.
Hunter Biden conveyed his stake in BHR Partners to his lawyer Kevin Morris, Breitbart News exclusively reported in April. In 2017, Devon Archer conveyed his stake in BHR Painters to his wife.

National Archives admits finding over 1,100 pages of Biden
records at U of Penn’s “Biden Center;” lacks custody of others

The National Archives has admitted that approximately 1,170 pages of records from President Joe Biden’s time as vice president were found at the U of Penn’s “Biden Center” in November 2022.
NARA said the agency does not have custody of any records discovered at Biden’s several private homes in Delaware.
The America First Legal Foundation highlighted the revelation Thursday by publishing a letter that the National Archives sent to the conservative legal group in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.
NARA told the legal group it “must deny your request in full for approximately 1,170 pages” found at the U of Penn’s “Biden Center,” in the president’s former office, because they are the “subject of an ongoing law enforcement investigation.”
NARA gave the same reasoning for denying America First access to the nine boxes of records found at Biden’s attorney’s office in Boston.
It is unclear what documents were included in that cache, but The Associated Press reported last month that “it did not appear” to include any classified documents.
America First also requested all records found at Biden’s family home or vacation home in Delaware.
“NARA does not have physical custody of any Vice Presidential records retrieved from these locations. Because we lack custody of the records, we cannot respond to your request for these records,” NARA said.
It is unclear who has custody of any records from Biden’s homes, including multiple classified US documents that were found in his Wilmington house.
Classified records have been found in Biden’s possession at least five times since November.
This is the first I’ve seen Skaneateles LLC. Is there a known significance to the name?
This is a tacit admission that Joe and others in the Obama administration were involved in Hunter’s business dealing. The only way that communications between Hunter and the office of the President or Vice President would be legitimate is if Hunter was secretly employed by the government. But if that were the case, then he could not legally be employed by or doing business with foreign governments or foreign individuals or entities.
Found it: Skaneateles Lake is one of the Finger Lakes tattooed on Hunter’s back. Hunter’s mother Neilia was born in the town of Skaneateles in Onondaga County, New York.
