I just went and re-read it, it seems murky to me. I wonder if they are deliberately referring to emails as documents to muddy the water.
So how doe documents between Biden and his son about his shady business dealings WHILE HE WAS VICE PRESIDENT fall under executive privilege? Or is this just another case of a corrupt Dem swamp dweller covering for Biden?
It makes it a little more clear why the other candidates gave up and lined up behind Biden a week before Super Tuesday.

I don’t seem to understand. What position did Hunter Biden hold with the Obama administration? ...because executive privilege is reserved for the executive branch of government, and not for private citizens. The only official relationship Joe had with Hunter was family.
