How many times over the past few years has Joe Biden said he never spoke to his son Hunter about his business?
When that was found out to be untrue, Biden's team tried to change their phrasing and claimed that he never was in business with his son, and that he had always said that. That was some kind of an Orwellian switch: just accept what we say, and forget the prior evidence. That takes some kind of gall to pitch that position now, when we can all see what Biden and his team said before.
In addition to all the other evidence that Joe Biden was just spreading a lot of malarkey on this issue, now there's still more evidence that just blows up Biden's claim.
According to a new report, Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca Partners investment firm traded more than 1,000 emails with Joe Biden's vice presidential office. The emails were discovered through a request to the National Archives (NARA) by America First Legal.
If that wasn't bad enough, NARA is trying to hold back 200 emails that reference Hunter's firm, claiming "executive privilege."

As a side note, when did NARA gain so much power in our government? The archivist is not an elected position and should not be allowed such power with no oversight by the voters. All bureaucratic agencies have been given too much power and Congress should take away some of that power that they so willingly abuse. Or in the alternative, SCOTUS should overturn the Chevron doctrine.
Joe Biden is a criminal.
It’s fine when they do it.
If they establish that Mr. Biden was bribed to change policy, it will change some minds of the Dems but not enough. If, however, it is established that he didn’t not pay taxes on the multimillion dollar bribes, that will have to respond, although Hunter got away with not paying taxes on millions: Reason - the DOJ dragged its feet so he got beyond the statute of limitations.
Yup! The branDUHn crime cabal is done for sure now. 🤔
The accused is a Leftist.
No indictment.
No arraignment.
No charges.
No sentence.
No problem.
Now, then. Wouldn’t you like to be a leftist, too?

More Than 1000 Emails Between Joe’s taxpayer financed VP Office and Hunter Biden’s influence pedaling business, show Biden’s Goosed *** cooked to a turn.
America First general counsel: “These records provide even more evidence that no daylight
existed between Hunter Biden’s peddling business and the Office of the VP during the Obama Admin.”
Oh yeah, sure........that’s very true IF you live in Lower Slobbovia......and not the USofA.
Some of the emails already released show it was all about pedaling influence, and VP Biden using his power in OUR tax-financed govt to aid and abet his son’s lucrative influence pedaling.
If I’m not mistaken, all of these documents were from when Biden was VP, and a VP cannot exert executive privilege - only the President can do that. I also seriously doubt that a current President (former Veep) can retroactively invoke executive privilege for documents already in the National Archives to effectively cover up his actions while Veep.
The House Oversight Committee launched an investigation into then-VP Biden’s
abuse of tax-financed AF Two by letting Hunter tag along, mooching off taxpayers.
<><>the Ntl Archives is to submit flight logs for each time Hunter joined VP Biden on AF Two.
<><>Hunter scored a $1.5B loan from the Bank of China after an official VP trip on AF Two in 2013
<><>the Secret Service redacted documents WRT that trip.
According to S/S travel records obtained by watchdog group, Judicial Watch, last year

What does this guy mean, "trying to"?
No, they are not "trying to" hold back 200 emails, they ARE holding them back, they have no intention of divulging them, and there is no power capable of making them hand them over.
Emails on Hunter Biden’s abandoned “laptop from hell” showed
<><>VP Joe Biden’s tax-paid vice presidential staff also serviced Hunter

The House Oversight Committee demanded Wednesday that the National Archives hand over records on first son Hunter Biden’s use of Air Force Two — following a report that he caught rides to at least 13 countries during his father’s vice presidency.
The Republican-led panel asked for relevant passenger manifests from Joe Biden’s eight years as vice president by Sept. 13 — as House leaders say they could launch an impeachment inquiry as early as next month to expedite a probe of the elder Biden’s alleged role in his 53-year-old son’s foreign business ventures.
“Then-Vice President Biden’s misuse of Air Force Two and Marine Two is indicative of yet another way in which the President has abused his various offices of public trust and wasted taxpayer money to benefit his family’s enterprise, which consisted of nothing more than access to Joe Biden himself,” committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and member Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) wrote to Archivist Colleen Shogan.
“Devon Archer, a longtime Biden family associate, has stated it is ‘categorically false’ that Joe Biden played no role in his son’s foreign business dealings. Flights on Air Force Two around the world to seal business deals are evidence of that role.”
The letter demands “unrestricted special access” to “[a]ll Air Force Two and Marine Two manifests from January 20, 2009, to January 20, 2017, that include any Biden family member or associates (Eric Schwerin, Devon Archer, or Jeffrey Cooper)” as well as any “documents and communications” about such travel or “referring to or relating to any security incidents” in that period of time.
Fox News reported last week that Hunter appeared to have traveled aboard Air Force Two to Croatia, Kosovo, Serbia, Canada, Japan, Germany, Italy, Egypt, South Africa, Kenya and South Korea — in addition to better-known trips to China and Mexico that overlapped with the then-second son seeking business.
Communications suggest Hunter may have also joined his dad in Belgium and Spain.
The requests came after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said Sunday that the launch of an impeachment inquiry was “a natural step forward” that “provides Congress the apex of legal power to get all the information they need.”
The Oversight Committee also is demanding that the Archives hand over communications involving then-Vice President Biden’s use of pseudonyms “Robin Ware” and “Robert L. Peters” — of which nearly 5,400 reportedly exist.
The GOP demands for records are broad. For example, McCarthy said Aug. 8 that he wants Biden to “give us his bank statements” to settle questions about whether he personally profited from Hunter and first brother James Biden’s foreign dealings.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Monday federal agencies should “work with” congressional inquiries and that she was unaware of what Republicans were “complaining about.”
Comer said he’s seeking Air Force Two records because “there must be accountability for this abuse of taxpayer-funded resources.”
“The walls are closing in on the Biden Family due to consistent and diligent efforts by House Republicans who’ve followed the money, conducted meticulous interviews and hearings, and uncovered undeniable corruption,” Donalds said.
Trips aboard Air Force Two featured notably in Hunter’s dealings in China and Mexico.
Hunter co-founded Chinese state-backed investment fund BHR Partners 12 days after joining his dad for an official trip to Beijing in 2013, the Wall Street Journal reported. He introduced Joe Biden to BHR CEO Jonathan Li during the trip to China’s capital.
Devon Archer, a longtime Hunter associate who served with him on the board of Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings, told the Oversight Committee on July 31 that Joe Biden and Li had coffee in Beijing — rather than a brief handshake as previously reported — and that Hunter put Li on speakerphone when he and Archer made a subsequent trip to China. The elder Biden later wrote college recommendation letters for Li’s children.
Hunter, joined by his US associate Jeff Cooper, also traveled with Joe Biden on Air Force Two to Mexico in 2016.
Hunter got peeved......apparently emailing a Mexican associate from the jet to complain about the lack of reciprocal business favors.
Hunter whined, “I have brought every single person you have ever asked me to bring to the F’ing White House and to the Vice President’s house and to the inauguration.”
But Joe’s boy complained he got nothing in return.
CFW makes an excellent point: when did NARA gain so much power in our government? The archivist is not an elected position and should not be allowed such power with no oversight by the voters.
All Obama/Biden-era bureaucratic agencies have been given too much power. Congress should take away some of that power that they so obsessively abuse. Or as an alternative, SCOTUS should overturn the Chevron doctrine.

The Vice President does not have executive privilege. Any emails from his Vice President days should be made available.
Only emails while President would be covered by executive privelege.

I believe Joe Biden is the most corrupt president that we've ever had. Having said that, 1,000 or 1.000,000 email between Biden and a company or person is not in itself a crime. Lying about participating in 1,000 or 1.000,000 email between yourself (Biden) and a company or person is not a crime.
Did Joe break the law? If so, WHO will investigate AND prosecute? Thus far, all we've heard from the R party is a lot of saber rattling. Where's the beef (the smoking gun) that shows Joe is guilty of a felony? How do you hold him accountable and put him in prison when the AG and every other institution runs cover for him?
Impeachment? Even if the R House impeached Joe, it does not remove him from office. The D Senate will never convict and remove him.
Thx
Great catch———
