National Archives admits finding over 1,100 pages of Biden
records at U of Penn’s “Biden Center;” lacks custody of others

The National Archives has admitted that approximately 1,170 pages of records from President Joe Biden’s time as vice president were found at the U of Penn’s “Biden Center” in November 2022.

NARA said the agency does not have custody of any records discovered at Biden’s several private homes in Delaware.

The America First Legal Foundation highlighted the revelation Thursday by publishing a letter that the National Archives sent to the conservative legal group in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.

NARA told the legal group it “must deny your request in full for approximately 1,170 pages” found at the U of Penn’s “Biden Center,” in the president’s former office, because they are the “subject of an ongoing law enforcement investigation.”

NARA gave the same reasoning for denying America First access to the nine boxes of records found at Biden’s attorney’s office in Boston.

It is unclear what documents were included in that cache, but The Associated Press reported last month that “it did not appear” to include any classified documents.

America First also requested all records found at Biden’s family home or vacation home in Delaware.

“NARA does not have physical custody of any Vice Presidential records retrieved from these locations. Because we lack custody of the records, we cannot respond to your request for these records,” NARA said.

It is unclear who has custody of any records from Biden’s homes, including multiple classified US documents that were found in his Wilmington house.

Classified records have been found in Biden’s possession at least five times since November.

The ivy league University of Pennsylvania, collected tens of millions of dollars from China while paying Joe Biden almost a million dollars p/y, and establishing The Biden Center, his foreign policy think tank.

Penn successfully pressured the Biden Justice Department to end an FBI counterespionage program targeting Beijing’s increasing influence within U.S. academia.

Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland shut down the FBI’s so-called “China initiative” in February 2022.

Penn Biden Center where classified papers were found is a ‘dark money nightmare’

The Ivy League think tank where lawyers found classified materials linked to the Obama White House is a patronage mill for the Biden administration, raising suspicions among critics that its establishment attracted tens of millions in donations from anonymous Chinese donors.

The Department of Justice is currently probing how “a small number” of classified documents from President Biden’s years as vice president ended up at the Washington, DC, think tank that bears his name, the White House confirmed Monday. A second batch of papers were found at an additional location, it was reported Wednesday.

The University of Pennsylvania received more than $30 million from Chinese donors shortly after the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, which functioned as an office for Joe Biden before he was elected president, was announced in 2017, according to public records.

“The Penn Biden Center is a dark money, revolving door nightmare where foreign competitors like China donated millions of dollars to the university so that they could have access to future high ranking officials,” said Tom Anderson, director of the Government Integrity Project at the Virginia-based National Legal and Policy Center.

The University of Pennsylvania raked in a total of $54.6 million from 2014 through June 2019 in donations from China, including $23.1 million in anonymous gifts starting in 2016, according to public records.

Most of the anonymous donations came after the university officially announced in February 2017 that it would create the academic center named for Biden, whose term as vice president under Barack Obama had just ended. In addition to leading the think tank, Biden was also named a professor at the school.

it’s hard to believe people could be so vengeful of others. And they
say , “we’re friends” and stab their backs in a way that makes the right look like the bad guys.

Unfortunately we have people like McConnell and McCarthy in Congress that will not do a thing and that’s why the Democrats are out of control. The Democrats know it’s open season to do whatever they want. Same goes for the lawlessness in the cities.

Both of them play a role as they pretend to have conservative values. But, when “push comes to shove” they surrender to the left. All while they insist they are “principled”(TM) and are doing the right thing in “reaching across the aisle”. “We have to respect the ‘norms’” they insist”. McConnell fought for Kavanaugh and we cheered him along, but I’m thinking we were betrayed in that move. There is a reason McConnell took a hard line, and I don’t think it was to promote a Constitutional judge. Kavanaugh has joined in several decisions that were definitely not Constitutional or conservative.

I trust neither McConnell or McCarthy.
