Former President Trump bashed Gov. Ron DeSantis in a new ad Friday, claiming the Florida Republican needs a “personality transplant.”
“The problem with Rondesanctimonious is that he needs a personality transplant, and those are not yet available. Almost all congressmen and women that served with him and knew him well supported me, some of them surprisingly so because of their relationship with Ron,” he said in the 40-second ad, using his preferred nickname for DeSantis.

I was a Miller drinker. So Budweiser was an easy move for me. I am from a lower middle class family so I see the world much differently than a Donald Trump who grew up in a wealthy family. While Trump’s father razed him to work hard he still grew up in a rich person culture. That creates a point of view different from a person who did not.
If Trump and I were both 10 years old and on the same schoolyard I’d give him a bloody nose and shut his mouth. As things stand all I can do is not vote for him again.

So DeSantis didn’t join the Capitol Hill cocktail party circuit and now he gets criticized for it? Doing what you were sent to DC to do and not hobnobbing with the swamp is a bad thing now? Sigh, more left borrowed Trump think.
Did you ever notice how Trump relates to the little people? Like when he brings up total strangers from the audience to speak to 50,000 people. Trump is the most personable, loved, straightforward, forthright person to ever become president.

Yeah, I do. Especially ones that grew up in a middle class family, worked and put themselves through college and law school, served their nation in the military, didn’t vote for and hand out cash to Dimocrats like Halloween candy, and isn’t a philanderer.
Because DeSantis is a rival for the nomination. Ron plays like he isn’t but his movements say he is.

Greater Individual Liberty(less regulations)
Tougher enforcement of immigration laws
More local control for issues such as education, abortion restrictions, etc
Less multiculturalism, more assimilation.
