The government cannot deny citizens’ rights without a conviction for an actual crime. Government officials that abuse citizens’ rights must be removed from their positions, lose their pensions, imprisoned, and banned from working in government for life. One strike and they are out.

Don’t those words have precise legal definitions or if not at the very least commonly available ones from a standard dictionary? I know that is how it usually works in statutory language. It is either one or the other. The law does not allow authority to twist the meaning so it applies to an action that authority is pissed off about. That is a big abuse of power.

The DOJ is celebrating convicting a guy for posting a satiric tweet to vote for Hillary via text. Because our campaign laws were already becoming so ridiculous in 2016 allowing voting without presenting identification & millions of mail in & drop off voting as well as massive amounts of ballot harvesting across the country, and just as the now convicted meme poster believed many of the Hillary voters were retards, allegedly 4900 people thought the post was real & tried to vote via text.
So basically the guy is being convicted for posting political satire poking fun at the idiocy of Hillary & her supporters positions regarding voting laws as proven true by the fact that at least 4900 Hillary supporters were actually stupid to try to vote for her via text message.
