races in georgia, penn and now arizona are basically all toss ups and if we win any of those 3 we probably have control of Senate.

The betting markets and the entrails of a goat, about the same.

My guess is about 53 or 54 seats for the Republicans.

The demonrats are having to defend places they haven’t before such as Washington state and Connecticut. Places that are not used to having to dance the big steal.

Interesting

Bah, not interesting. The betting markets follow the latest polling, they don't lead the polling.

This whole "crowd-sourced intelligence" experiment is nonsense when it comes to events like elections.

It blew up in 2016 when Irish bookmaker Paddy Power paid off Clinton long bets before the election was even held, so confident they were in the polling data.

Given that ‘Rats stole 2020, and that ‘Rats know that there will be HELL to pay, if there is any reckoning, there WILL BE an October (or early Nov) ‘Surprise’ Black Swan event, preventing this.

Expect it.

You can take that to the bank.

Personally, I'm thinking 53-47, barring any midnight shenanigans.

If if the Democrats think 2022 is bad, they aren't looking at the 2024 map.

That headline... "swing toward"?

As if folks thought until recently that the Dems would maintain control??

That is crazy. The damage has already been done; inflation will happen even with the Republican Party in control of the Senate.

The Republicans did nothing when they had control of the house and senate, they will most likely do nothing again.

The only way out is budget cuts and lots of economic pain for the next 10 years. Then a Democrat will get in and blank things up again.

Penn is a save, Penn plus 1 is a majority.

Inflation will CONTINUE for many years unless FED frows a pair like chairman Volcker had during Reagan admin. Volcker raised rates higher than the prevailing inflation rate. The inflation disappeared quickly, and the media stopped calling it REGANOMICS when the economic boom exploded very qucickly after the inflation was killed off.

A short term pain of high rates worked to foster a long era of economic expansion. Rates came down quickly when inflation disappeared.

DO not hold your breath expecting career politicians to curb spending. Only the FED which is non-partisan by definition, can control inflation.

Need one more beyond PA… that’d be a hold. It probably will come down to NV.

We’ll win 2. Fetterman is roadkill in PA. I think we get Arizona. Georgia? How many voting irregularities will there be?

Penn is the one that the Dems will keep in play with slow counting of mail in ballots. If it makes the difference as to control of the senate, the Dems will go all out on the cheating. If not, they’ll let Fetterman go down to defeat so they can put that spectacle behind them.

We could have the House, Senate, and President yet have the judiciary throw monkey wrenches into the mix. No party holding power has yet wielded it well. That may be a good thing. I’d just as soon they all play solitaire and leave us alone.

All the close races will be stolen by the RATS.

Yep, I can think of only one positive thing to come out of the GOP having the majority, that the Dems won't. Other than that nothing really changes much as far as implementing conservative initiatives
