I hate myself for laughing at that.
>> Don’t shoot someone with her head in your lap or in a leg lock or in that vicinity.
Thrill gone wrong?
kinda appreciate his commitment to recycling...
That man looks 56 not 26, fwiw.
A tough 26 yrs.
Probably not the guy. Whoever created that page likely just grabbed someone off the internet that had the same name.
Very likely not the guy.
That’s some serious karma there.
Instant Karma.
If they had the only bullet, then what was all the fuss about getting it from Connelly but couldn’t because it was in a dangerous location. Then when he died the family still would not let them collect the evidence before they buried him. Also, I thought there was a bullet entered JFK’s skull.
Here is a link that explains the location and hits of two bullets. It also concludes that the bullet that hit Connelly ended up outside his body.

I could swear there was a fuss about burying Connelly without getting a bullet will check that out. My 84 year old memory is not failing me.

I have done other research on the assassination which showed that Brown and Root (big Texas company that financed President Johnson’s political rise) may have had some involvement. They owned the building that JFK was said to have been shot from, the Texas Book Repository. They eventually became Halliburton business. There may have been big contracts for work in Vietnam during the war which JFK may have not wanted to pursue. Lots of interesting questions.
LOL! I missed that post. That makes sense.
Unfortunately, I can now picture how it could happen.
Where is the proverbial, “He needs more range time”?
The ‘magic bullet’ didn’t remain in Connelly’s body, it was found on the gurney that brought him into Parkland Hospital.
If you watch the Zapruder film, you’ll see JFK reaching up to his throat right after the car reappears from behind the sign. Connelly is turning around and Jacqueline K. turns towards JFK. A couple of seconds after that the back of JFK’s head comes off.
I don’t know or remember if it was ever claimed that Connelly died with a bullet from the assassination in his body.
Many claim the assassination came from two directions, both from the rear and from the front of the motorcade. It was very important for the theory of only one shooter that the number of shots was limited. Kennedy was obviously hit twice. There was a claim that there was another shot that missed and hit a curb. People have been chewing on this from the time that it happened.
It was claimed that before he was buried, Gov. Connelly should be examined for bullet fragments that some believed were left in his body. See my links 2 and 3 in comment #30. I do remember, because JFK was on the ballot for my first Presidential election as ayoung woman, and I followed the politics and assassination with great interest. The bullet on the gurney is not the other one which left traces in Connelly and could have proved that there was a second shooter, especially if the metal came from a different gun. So it was suppressed and that shlub Oswald remained the ONLY possible shooter. It was no doubt important to the people who planned the killing that Johnson carry on the Vietnam war without interference so his patrons could get richer.
That looks like Fred Flintstone in a cowboy outfit.
As I recall, we were told that the records of the assassination would be closed as long as people who were alive at the time (like you and me) were still above ground.
JFK’s assassination was the “Where were you?” for people of our generation just like Dec. 7 and FDR’s death were for our parents. It no longer seems to be nearly the big deal that it was for us back then. Time passes, the dogs bark and the caravan moves on.
Likely, if so, she got him to shoot a load.
“...I’m still confused about how you could shoot someone in the neck and have the bullet enter your leg at the point where it would cause you to die from the wound...Did the bullet ricochet off a bone...?” [CFW, post 14]
Bullets are designed to be stable in the air. If they enter material of a different density - flesh, for example - they can go unstable, tumble, and change direction. They often tumble or swerve more than once. Gyroscopic stability can be overcome.
Hard material isn’t required.
Results in this case may be unusual, but not impossible. If the bullet did strike bone, the path it took then would have become even less predictable.
The head-in-lap theory does seem plausible. And the shooter might have twitched, disturbing the gun’s positioning and swinging it away from the initial aimpoint. Gun play and sex play ought not be combined.
