OK, if you’re going to fire all the current teachers. Paying the current teachers more won’t improve their teaching.

Remember when they offered teachers better pay if the kids did better on standardized tests? So the teachers gave the kids the answers. Pretty sure that was Georgia.
My sister and brother-in-law were Elementary ‘music’ teachers in the Pittsburgh Public School System in the early 2000s, they are now both retired with a choice benefit package. While working they were salaried at $90K each for 9 months of work... you do the math, that’s no joke.
The Republicans should propose school choice for all students. Advertise it heavily to black mothers. They pushed DeSantis over the line. Also campaign to Christians and homeschoolers.

Until so-called educators actually excel at their jobs, the don't deserve a raise. In fact, with all the crap going on in school, every teacher needs a good 20% pay cut. You all should get the pay cut, good bad, or indifferent because you belong to teachers union and expect the get the identical perks. It works in the opposite direction too.

I am in fully agreement with your retort to any FR teacher who might respond.
For years we had a dozen or so FR postal workers who would argue against anyone who posted a negative comment about the USPS.

As much as I detest Kemp I hate this hippo bit*h more. I will vomit if Kemp wins. I will wretch if the commie hippo wins. Please Georgia voters, swallow and hold your nose until it bleeds but get out and vote for Kemp so we don’t have to wake up to news that Henritta Hippo is Governor of Georgia.
