Arresting Cop cannot make the court date will make it happen.

DUI’s are big, big money makers for cops and courts. I’ve been pulled over a few times stone cold sober for simply being out after midnight near the end of the month. When the cop would realize that he was wasting his time, I got a phony explanation that I was driving erratically, or crossed over the yellow lines, etc. They don’t drop these charges for ordinary people, but they do for powerful pols.
