Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) would be willing to be the one to nominate GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) for speaker should House Republicans take back the majority in the midterms this year.
Jordan made the revelation to Breitbart News in an interview during a House Republican Conference media event on Tuesday, saying he would be “happy to” nominate McCarthy if McCarthy were to ask him to.

Disappointing, but I’m getting used to that. It appears more & more likely that it’s going to take the proverbial pitchforks, tar & feathers to get any ‘real’ change in personnel & the way this country is run.

I just this moment lost all respect for Jordan. It seems the only men to ever enter The Swamp and not be corrupted by it in modern history are Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump. All others should be considered suspect.

It is a long time until next January. About the best thing that can happen is someone like Jordan is nominated and wins.
That is not likely to happen since most GOP reps are establishmentarians, unfortunately. But you never know in politics because the country and the world could be desperate for true conservative leadership by then.
That’s the problem with all these “conservatives” in the House and Senate, they love to talk up a big game but none of them want to stick their necks out and actually try to ….. LEAD FOR REAL!
We won’t get new leadership without new membership.
We have to toss out the Bush Leaguers and replace them with MAGA people like Bobert and MTG.

Jordan won’t run for the spot. No one that real, honest Conservatives would want will run. More importantly, name me a person that legitimately falls into that category.
Jordan isn’t one of them. Lots of talk on Fox when it doesn’t matter. Sound bytes just like Gowsy.
They’re all useless.
