How ‘bout making sure that the number of blacks and whites and Hispanics and Asians (etc) on any team reflects the same percentages as the population at large.

But “diverse” simply refers to more blacks. No one is asking for more Asian, Hispanic, or any other minority coaches. The NBA is extremely diverse despite its lack of white American players. NFL players are also very diverse. NFL owners, not so much. NFL head coaches, apparently not nearly ‘diverse’ enough according to Brandon.
Left the NFL years ago. Still just as gone now.
