This was an intentional act on the part of the CCP, regardless of whether it was accidentally or intentionally released from the lab, or for that matter even if it was a naturally-occurring virus. No matter the origin, the CCP made the very deliberate decision to lie about human to human transmission, and then to keep flights flowing to the rest of the world in order to spread the virus. Then, as the resulting pandemic was catching fire, they bought up all of the PPE items they could across the U.S., and were even reported to be hacking hospital and other healthcare system computers in an apparent attempt to interfere with the response.

So no matter the virus’s origin (though we know it was an engineered virus that came from the lab), the CCP is still fully guilty and should be ground into dust for what they did.
