Unless or until China pays for all of the damages it caused relatively soon, all of the nations affected by the China virus should legislate claims by which government, organizations and individuals can sue China for damages and penalties starting immediately.
Uhh - no fan of China - but the USA funded the research via Fauci - and DOD - (some CIA involvement - but not sure).
How much does the USA owe? Some parts of the virus were developed in USA labs as well..
