The “Republicans and conservatives” he would appoint would probably be Jeff Flake, John Kasich, etc.

Bi partisan like the debate commission no doubt. So this is what he’s been working on for the last 4 days. As President Biden will cede his powers for 180 days so he doesn’t get blamed for packing the court. This is what a Biden Presidency would be, ceding his power to the left. Thats what we’ve been saying!

It looks like the Biden campaign finally came up with an answer (or is it a non answer) to this question that gets Biden off the hook. It’s a classic political move to shut issues like this down. I don’t know how his left base will take this as I think they want the stacking to commence immediately. I suspect the left will vote for him anyway because they really hate Trump.

Words have meanings, like, seperation of powers.

...ask them to over 180 days come back to me with recommendations as to how to reform the court system because it's getting out of whack...

By that Joe means it is no longer left-leaning. Uh-oh... As soon as the leftists can't control something anymore it must be "out of whack" and immediately put back into whack. Well Joe & Ho... A left leaning court is whack.

It is probably also not a good idea, separation of powers speaking, to have one branch of the government threatening another. That is what this is, a subtle threat.

Let’s face it, neither Biden, nor any of his fellow lefties are gonna let that Constitution thing stand in the way of their efforts...

“BIPARTISAN”!!!!!

Like the DEBATE COMMISSION!?

The answer this commission will come up will be:

ADD whatever number of new Judges is required to take over the Majority of the Supreme Court and every Circuit Court System.

so he will do nothing. But in case you don’t know, “set up a commission” in political language means, do nothing.

"If elected, what I will do is I'll put together a national commission of bipartisan commission of scholars, constitutional scholars, Democrats, Republicans, liberal/conservative."

Yeah, scholars like Prof. Laurence Tribe of Harvard.

So, he'll pack the Court, just not immediately.

Polling showed Biden was in trouble not answering the question about court packing, esp. when he flat out said people don’t have a right to an answer. So his campaign dreamt up this sop as an “answer”.

If anyone thinks Biden won’t pack SCOTUS they need to take a bunch of deep breaths to get more oxygen to their brain. This election is about the Democrats aka Demoncrats making this Republic a one party socialist nation.

>>Commissions are where controversial proposals go to die.<<

If they want to bury it and then bury the shovel, he should promise to convene a “blue ribbon” committee. Perks like meeting at resorts for the personal friends on said committee and no results wanted nor needed.

Whee!

Commissions are where controversial proposals go to die.

Maybe, but I'm thinking he wants a commission to give the awful idea some "legitimacy". If so, he'll put Romney, and Flake on as the "Republicans".

ahh, the old “Commission to study the problem, this is what they came up with, so don’t blame me” dodge. Tried and true.

No, you won't Joe. You are going to federal pound you in the butt prison. Wait until they hear you're a child molester. They'll just love you to death.

Folks, we are winning. Act like it. Pour it on.

Allow me to write the Conclusion section of the Commission’s final report:

“RECOMMENDATION: Expand SCOTUS to 13 justices.”
