In a particularly tense moment during the first presidential debate on Tuesday night, both Chris Wallace and President Donald Trump pressed Democratic nominee Joe Biden to answer whether or not he would pack the Supreme Court if he won the presidency and Democrats took the Senate next year. As Trump pressed Biden, the Democrat said, “Would you shut up, man?” and added, “This is so unpresidential.”
Wallace noted that Democrats, not President Donald Trump, brought up the issue of packing the Supreme Court.
“Are you willing to tell the American people tonight whether you will support ending the filibuster or packing the Court?” Wallace asked.
Biden began to circle around the issue, dodging the question. “Whatever position I take in that, that will become the issue. The issue is the American people should speak. You should go out and vote. You’re in voting now. Vote and let your senators know…”
“Are you going to pack the Court?” Trump pressed.
Biden repeated himself, “vote and let your senators know…”
“Are you going to pack the Court? He doesn’t want to answer the question,” the president added.
“I’m not going to answer that question,” Biden responded.
“Why aren’t you going to answer that question?” Trump pressed.
“Would you shut up, man?” the Democrat responded.
The president took a different tack. “Who is on your list, Joe?” he asked.
“This is so unpresidential,” Biden responded.
“Who is on your list, Joe?” Trump repeated.
President Donald Trump has released his list of potential Supreme Court justices before the 2016 election and before this election. Amy Coney Barrett, the current nominee, was on the president’s list. Joe Biden has refused to release a list, claiming that he would get advice from the Senate first.

And then it will escalate. Dems pack the court, lose the office, GOP packs it further, and eventually, there are 1213 justices.

This is very significant.
Reminds me of a Democrat state Senator with plenty of campaign cash and endorsements from every politician, union available, considered a shoo-in, running for the retiring Democrat's Congressional seat.
One day at a press conference, his opponent showed up....he was a poor young man, a Republican who had never held office, with no money....considered a longshot.
The state Senator looked disdainfully at his opponent and said,"Get out of here, boy, you bother me."
This quickly became a cause celebre ....the Senator was lacerated for mocking an opponent, for showing the young wannabe no respect.....and segued into the state Senator having to take the blame for denigrating our system of govt.
Needless to stay, the young man won the seat and the State Senator was never heard from again.
Biden needs to be called to account for denigrating a sitting president.
Biden mocked not only Trump's supporters but the US govt, as well.
That leftist POS Chris Wallace let Joe Biden slide on the answer. It was a simple yes or no answer.
A decent, unbiased moderator would have held Biden’s feet to the fire and stopped the debate until Biden answered the question for “The American People.”
Instead, Wallace let that slip away - b/c he is a Biden supporter.
Trump had to debate Biden AND Wallace last night. Trump said he wasn’t surprised and expected it.

Which one do you want as President of The United States?
YES. That is the answer. YES. If Trump’s new candidate goes through, our side is 5-4 for us. They will pack it with AT LEAST, maybe even five or six more, to give them a solid 9-5 or 10-5 vote for their side.
That would have been a great comeback line for Trump, his debate coaches need to do better with those.
Trump is missing a big opportunity if he does noi go on the air today and pound Biden for his inconsitencies and lies. Don’t allow Biden to have a peaceful “lid day”. Make him answer qustions about the the green new deal, the criminality of the Biden family, Antifa and the riots in the Democrat controlled areas. Make him sweat in the cold.
