There is some of the usual Trojan Horse talk but finding lock solid Conservative female Judge that is SC worthy is tough. Risky no doubt but I am confident she is going to light years better then RBG. You knew how RBG would rule on every case. She was unwavering leftist radical who disliked the Constitution she vowed to uphold..as if.

She has the most established track record of the three “frontrunners” that have been bandied about. Barbara Lagoa’s judicial record is pretty slim, as is Allison Jones Rushing’s. In Trump’s second term, I think Justice Thomas will retire, so one of them will be nominated to replace him (probably Lagoa).
Big mistake IMO.
The only female on the national and international scene worth much in the last 40 years was Thatcher. The rest are what a rational person would call equivocal and unable stand the backlash if they said, “No”, to the Women’s Moment and abortion. The Constitution is not foremost in the mind of female Justices - competing with men is foremost in their mind.

ACB has been under the microscope for the past several years, so she should be well vetted. Plus, she is the nominee expected by the Senate Republicans. Any switcheroo at this point could delay confirmation. She is a huge improvement over RGB.
