She has the most established track record of the three “frontrunners” that have been bandied about. Barbara Lagoa’s judicial record is pretty slim, as is Allison Jones Rushing’s. In Trump’s second term, I think Justice Thomas will retire, so one of them will be nominated to replace him (probably Lagoa).
