Holder Says Democrats Have to Do This if Trump Fills Supreme Court Vacancy

The Democrats' true colors are showing through, for those who couldn't seem them clearly already. Former US Attorney General Eric Holder joined other Democrats on Saturday in calling on Joe Biden and Senate Democrats to pack the Supreme Court if they retake power in November. Holder said the conservative majority on the Supreme Court would be "illegitimate" if President Trump fullfills his Constitutional obligation to fill the Supreme Court vacancy left by the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

"You would have a conservative majority on the court, an illegitimate conservative majority on the court, ruling on these matters that will affect the nation, you know, for generations to come," Holder lamented to MSNBC's Al Sharpton.

After lamenting about the nomination of Merrick Garland, who Obama futilely put forth during an election year when his party was out of power in the Senate, Holder said Democrats must rewrite the Constitution in order to pack the Supreme Court with liberals.

"If in fact they are successful in placing a justice on the court, I think what Democrats have to do, assuming that Biden is president and there is a Senate majority for the Democrats, we need to think about court reform. And at a minimum, as part of that reform package, I think additional justices need to placed on the Supreme Court."

This has been the plan all along, even before Ginsburg's death. Democrats can't wait to end the filibuster and rip up the Constitution so they can force their left-wing agenda on the American people. Anyone who reveres the country and the Constitution cannot let these people gain power.

EEven Ruth Bader Ginsburg opposed the idea of packing the Supreme Court.

I agree that the final result was not a total defeat for FDR. However, if no dems had rebelled it would have been worse. In fact, since that struggle, no serious attempt to expand the court has occurred until now.

In 1937 one dem representative said, accurately I think, that court packing in this manner is on the same moral plane as ballot box stuffing and jury rigging. Quite a painful rebuke for FDR.

But current dems have no such honor nor respect for the spirit of the Constitution. It's all about power.

“I believe it was Jefferson who wanted to outlaw political parties,”

Not exactly.

Jefferson and Madison founded the Democratic-Republican party in the 1790s as opposition to Adams and Hamilton’s Federalist administration.

How? Better not to have such a "reform package" in the first place.

I hope the Trump campaign is archiving ALL the calls for additional justices. If he wins, the Trump team needs to roll the video of democrats advocating four new justices. Then, he should thank them for the well thought plan, and then place four names into consideration for new justiceships.

Even if the Dems succeed in confirming more judges onto the Supreme Court, that doesn’t mean they’ll actually end up there. The 1869 Judiciary Act set the number of justices on the court at nine. I don't think that this SC would be willing to uphold that law's repeal and replacement, knowing that that would turn the entire court upside down. So, they could just declare it as being more than 150 years of "settled law", and that's the end of that.

Furthermore, each new justice has to be sworn in by the Chief Justice. I think Roberts would refuse to do that, because if he did, it would instantly jeopardize his rank as Chief.

Oh that’s right, he’s the one who said Kick em. So who said punch ‘em in the stomach? I think it was Maxine Waters who said that yes and Holder said kick ‘em. Funny, I never hear Republicans inciting violence yet the media constantly bashes Republicans more than Democrats.

The Great Zer0 himself said “if they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun.”

Maxine Waters also told them to go around mobbing people: “If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”

Sick ass people, and I can just imagine how much more violent they are going to get if Trump sweeps the election which I believe he will. If they riot in my town I'm going to take a bat to their freakin' heads. I am so sick of these morons and their crybaby antics. I unfortunately live on Long Island New York, all the way east near the Hamptons and needless to say there are Biden/Harris signs everywhere.

Probably the most hilarious one I saw was "Truth over lies! Vote Biden" Joe Biden, the guy who can't speak 10 seconds without lying his ass off is promoted as "Truth". What freakin' naive idiots.

Here it is, this is unreal that they would promote this moron as truth. THAT in itself is a LIE.
