A Democrat senate. Do they pack the court after they admit DC and Puerto Rico as states so they can add another 4 Dem senators as well as new SC Dem judges or before? Decisions, decisions.

Holder is following the example of the Leftists in charge in Poland before they were ousted in a landslide election of the current government.
The Left in Poland knew they were going to lose the election. In the 11th hour of their administration they added new Supreme Court Justice seats and filled them with their choices. They made other changes to the operations of the court to try to insure their political interests would be protected.
The new Conservative government immediately reversed those decisions and the whole EU apparatus suddenly went insane with their version of TDS, call it PDS, Poland Derangement Sydrome. The EU, ran as it is by the Left, had no problem with the supreme court packing achieved by the departing Leftist departing government in Poland. Their only complaint was against the new Conservative government reversing those actions.
You see, always with the Left, when they are losing or when they lose, they seek to change the rules or standards, and they blame their losses on the old rules, claiming “democracy” (not their power seeking) was not served by the old rules.
The real problem I see here is ...they are already calling the court “illegitimate.”
Pay very close attention to those words! THEY HAVE VERY REAL MEANING GOING FORWARD. It is like saying the law, the court, the judges have no meaning. They are saying that the court is no longer relevant to the governing or the balance of the nation.
What he just said is dangerous and treasonous.
But you are making up additional constitutional requirements. You don’t get to change the rules unilaterally.
I would support a Constitutional amendment for some of what you claim are the rules, but until that happens, the power to determine who is a natural-born citizen lies with Congress under their authority to determine the rules for naturalization.
Your pompous assertions are not based in any fact. Repeating your claims over and over will not make them true, nor gain you any converts that can actually read.
And you still have not explained how you are going to justify depriving the children of US citizens serving overseas of their eligibility to be President. Your claims are not supported by fact, and your adherence to your dogma is irrational.

Get Biden on record if he would support 4 additional Supreme Court justices. If yes, then when Trump is re-elected with a Senate majority the Republicans should proceed and add 4 seats, giving a 10-3 conservative majority for decades.

If you are truly honest with yourself, Eric, you will see the hate that motivates you. You would have broken just about ANY law to protect Obama, but criticize Barr for being partisan. The very basic truth is that you and your ideological and hate-driven fellow travelers have envisioned a total transformation of America - to a nation in which successful whites are punished and have their money and possessions requisitioned for ‘redistribution’. You know that can't happen until you and all who think like you have absolute power, and you've been counting on that.

You lament the possibility that the SC will become more conservative NOT because you fear for the course of the nation, but because you sense that it could derail what you and others, driven by hatred, have envisioned as an inevitable and dramatic restructuring of the US. All that Trump is doing is trying to return some sanity to the government, and to ensure that government does what it does for the benefit of ALL - not just those who are on the protected side of political correctness.

Natural born citizen has always meant born here of citizen parents.
It’s only in recent years that the meaning has been muddied.
Thomas Paine wrote just a few years after the Constitution was ratified that the US could never have a “half-foreigner” for President because of the natural born citizen requirement, in contrast to the German Kings of Britain.
They’ll just have the other judges Scalia’d. What better way to pack a court than to eliminate the opposition?
