I have no problem with mailing applications for absentee ballots to all voters.

I have a huge issue with mailing ballots unsolicited to all voters on the registration list.

I expect the actual ballots they get will already be filled out for them, saving them the trouble of hunting online to find out about the candidates.

You just know that there will be a very high percentage of
voting this election. People will be asked to sign up to
vote by mail, and will then turn those ballots over to
the Democrats.

In areas that have 65% turnout, who geherally have only 32%,
it should be very obvious that the election is being tainted
with illegal activity.

Sandill (Democratic Party) is running for re-election for judge of the Texas 127th District Court. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2020. He advanced from the Democratic primary on March 3, 2020.

watcha bet his name is on the ballot!

talk about a conflict of interest.

This will be reveresed. Ken Paxton has already sued on the basis that, by state law, mail-in ballots require a “qualifying disability”.

There is no blanket right to vote for President in the US Constitution. We are not a democracy, no matter what Trump and the other side say. I hope no one in my family has a heart attack or stroke, given what the Democrats are telegraphing.

From Ken Paxtons' website:

“Under Texas election law, mail-in ballots are reserved for a few limited categories of qualified voters who are age 65 and older and voters who are disabled. Earlier this year, the Texas Supreme Court ruled that fear of contracting COVID-19 does not qualify as a “disability” and mail-in ballots must be preserved for qualifying groups. ”

So Lina gave him and the SC the middle finger.

If a voter requests an absentee ballot, will their names be blocked from the list at the polling place on election day - to avoid double voting?

If you request an absentee ballot, you should be prohibited from voting in person - even if you did not return the absentee ballot.

Application for absentee voting received here in Dallas. The restrictions on it are fairly stringent. What a nightmare to match everything up, yes. And what an opportunity for “new” voters to pop up as voted but not registered in time. Blah.

The fraud has begun and the dead will be voting by mail now.

My late mother received an application for a Harris County mail-in ballot today. She passed away in 2011.
