Now, there is a law Trump needs to vacate.

I don’t see where fooling around with packed pop bottles on a 22LR rifle should be regulated.

There is already a 10-11 month backlog for suppressors, adding millions of semi automatic rifles would break the ATF.

No. Start shooting.

That would be the response immediately.

That would be as much of an infringement on gun owning as the poll tax was on voting...

My weapons never assaulted anyone, and they won’t be registered with the government or surrendered as long as I breathe.

There are 638,000 NFA guns in America. There are very roughly 20 million so called assault rifles in America. It would take 4 or 5 years to process an application.

This one will be disobeyed.

Take a look at my tagline to see my position on this issue.

The article also mentions a $200 tax for each ‘high capacity magazine’. What special type of stupid dreams this crap up?

You have to have laws to obey laws. The left have thrown that out the window. Who’s gonna collect it?

Oh yeah, like people are going to rush to do that.

And I’m sure the BLM folks will claim those taxes are too high and hurt poor black people disportionately.

If the left can scare up millions to spring protestor criminals, then the Conservatives can spare some small change for people who want to keep their fire arms.

Holy Cow! If you were on the fence about voting for Trump or Biden, Biden’s anti-gun proposals should wake you up to vote for President Trump. Biden is ready to make every honest and legal gun owner a criminal or tax evader. His proposals will not take one gun out of a criminal or terrorist hands. Opposing government tyranny would be a suicide mission as we would be unarmed and killed.

I could be wrong, but I think the second amendment is a win win issue for Trump. He needs to slam Biden repeatedly on his assaults against gun ownership.

No registration. No 2A poll taxes. No more restrictions.

Replace Ginsburg with a Trump pick and we can roll back most of the gun control that’s been passed since the 90s across the states. Replace one more liberal with a Trump pick after that and we can go after the NFA, GCA, and FOPA. Bring them all down. Shred the registration records. Restore the Second Amendment!

The tax that would be administered is the outworking of the National Firearms Act (1934). That Act currently governs the sale of machine guns, suppressors, short barrel rifles, and other Class III weapons only.

The NFA should've been repealed back when the GOP controlled the House, Senate, and Presidency as a way to say thanks to the unwavering support the Republican Party has enjoyed from gun rights advocates.

Instead, we got a bumpstock ban.
